A Disappointing NightWe've been going here for a while now, and it's always been a favorite spot for fresh seafood. The staff is usually friendly and attentive, which is why our experience tonight was so disappointing.After we were seated we waited for a while on a server. Once the food arrived, our server vanished. We never saw them again throughout the entire meal. When I realized I was missing a fork, I politely flagged down another server who unfortunately just kept about his night and walked around without acknowledging me or my request for a fork.It was frustrating to be completely ignored, especially considering our past positive experiences. To avoid further disruption, I ended up getting my own silverware from the bar. While the food itself was still good, the lack of service really put a damper on the evening.Hopefully, this was just an off night for Juicy Seafood. We still value the restaurant and would be willing to give it another try, but this experience definitely fell short of our usual expectations.

I was in food heaven for an hour or so! The sauce was like 'whoo' and the cocktail named after the restaurant was something I wish I could sip on all day?
My husband and I dine in 3/26/24 right when they opened. Food was 10/10. Renata was or server and she was amazing she had a wonderful personality she made sure we where satisfied. Great customer service when we go back I’m definitely requesting for her to serve us again.

Came to get my wrong takeout order resolved with no luck. Management is HORRIBLE. All they do is sit around on their phones and eat at the booths. Not to mention talk about customers In another language. They don't even reply to bad reviews to make things right like other establishments cause they simply don't care.

The meal started with drinks our beer was brought to us with something on the glass we had a return on that drink.the waitress was great but at the end we found that our glass was broken and they only refunded us $20 for all of the alcoholic beverages l. In turn the whole meal should have been avoided. She didn't want to come out and see us. This is surely not a family-friendly place the music was too loud we asked it to be turned down if they wanted to be a nightclub turn the lights and the music up at night . it's 6:00 in the evening. The entire purchase was $83

My wife & I went to Juicy Seafood to eat dinner between 6:30 pm & 7:00 pm. My wife ordered a shrimp po’boy. When our food was brought to us my wife said look at this, there’s only 4 shrimp on this shrimp po’boy. I took a nickel from my pocket & the 4 shrimp were just a tiny bit bigger than the nickel. We spent almost $60.00 including the tip. We had to get something to eat somewhere else due to the very small portion size. If you want a 99% bread po’boy then by all means go to the Juicy Seafood on Veterans Drive in Columbus, ga & you will get a BREAD Po’boy. We will never go back to the Juicy Seafood in Columbus, ga. again. It’s a waste of time & money. I called & spoke to the manager & she said something very rude then hung up me.Sam Taylor, Jr.

We eat here often. Service is always a hit or miss. The issue i have is with the manager. She always seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Today she refused to sell us some sauce to go (which we have done in the past). We had money and wanted to buy from them. She said no and would not explain further. I thought this business wanted to make money. Not refuse to sell what they make.

I've been waiting 20 mins to pick up an order when I arrived they said it should be ready in just a moment, I saw people just walk in the door sence I was waiting and they ordered and got there food before they made the order that was placed ahead of time I would never recommend this place they have very terrible service and the people that work there are all just standing around playing on there phones and not working.
