This place is a joke. Time and time again there is no one to answer phone for to go orders and when you do get someone, order and go in there is no customers at this place. Don’t waste your time trying to get lunch here the employees just want to sit down and get paid. Just choose another

The service was great especially the bartender Addy. The special Buffalo chicken dip wasn't sure if it had chicken. The club was good.

Walked in to establishment it was decent but not crowded had a party 16 for sisters birthday event so of course they had room. Waitress was not very good took her forever to get orders for beverages and food. When food finally was brought out. Food was not hot.I ordered pasta Alfredo dish it had 6 pieces of chicken on top with a bowl full of noodles was not that good large portions with less meat. My mom ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it food was cold and cheeseburger was very dry. Presentation was good but food was not the best. Was not asked if I needed a refill on sweet tea by waitress. My daughter and her friend got refill on sprite both had sprite glasses. Waitress took there glasses together mixing them up when she brought them back. My daughter felt like she brought her the wrong glass back to table. Paid for meal and they had the nerve to bill card 11.00 for a gratitude meal but waitress and food was not that great. As everyone in the party discussed there bill gratitude tip was charged to each person on party again service was not good. So I asked the waitress about the tip, Wait it's on the restaurant door they charge a gratitude tip. Personally I did not see the sign saying they bill you 11 to eat here has gratitude. No I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone sorry.I think if you bill that type of tip food and service should be outstanding

We had a party of 36 with only one waitress! I decided to leave and go to another restaurant. We were told the restaurant could accommodate all of us, but that was not the case. Large parties beware!

Was awful to eat lunch through this meeting they allow in the restaurant felt out of place and like we had to whisper due to the speakers speaking in the meeting just steer clear of the office unless your part of this meeting on Thursdays food was decent service was too just weird atmosphere with the meeting pretty much taking the whole restaurant dining room up

Sadly only a one. Through Yelp we got a free appetizer, thank you. But the bar tender, Emily I think, was far too consumed with her phone. Everything was a wait. The place is maybe 1/3 full and we were the only people at the bar and by only people at the bar that includes the bartender. I had to flag down a waitress to get another beer. I know help is hard to find but jeez Louise. I cannot recommend this place based on the absence of service. 12/30/23.

My date and I going to dine at the restaurant next door. However they were closed, so we decided to give The Office a try. I was so surprised how good the food is here. I was expecting a typical bar and grill menu, but they go above and beyond on their menu. We joined in on bingo night and had a good time I highly recommend.

I have been to The Office a number of times, for brunch, lunch and dinner, including for lunch this past week (got good service). I always get great food. I'd definitely say it's one of the best bar & grills in Columbus when it comes to food. The service is okay. The first time I went there over the summer, I had to wait about 15 minutes between receipt of my bill and processing my payment (brunch). I just sat there ... and sat there ... and sat there. Another time, it took about 10 minutes between being seated and having someone wait on me (early dinner). And a third time, I ordered to go and the waitress added her own 30% tip without asking me (brunch). On a to go order! I was in a hurry, so I couldn't dispute it with the manager. (So I advise everyone to be careful of that.) Those are my 3 bad experiences. I've been there a couple of other times, and I've received good service. But it's the great food I come back for. I can tolerate mediocre service for good food.

Ordered the boneless wings for $15. I was super excited to throw down on some glorified chicken nuggets with my friends. I recieved what would be sold as popcorn chicken at the local sonic for $6. Very small boneless wings. Not worth it.
