First time going to this place. Canadian coffee shop chain, thought it was pretty interesting wanted to see what was different from Starbucks. The customerservice was amazing they greeted me right away. They were very friendly going through the drive-through and I had a fantastic time. as far as my order I ordered I believe it’s called like a “mocha cold brew with cold foam” . So I’m very used to Starbucks and so I wanted to compare and just kind of see how they were different. Personally I didn’t the chocolate syrup. Not the taste but just because there was so much of it. The coffee taste was actually pretty good because the mocha was in the bottom. Once I got halfway I stopped drinking it because it was too much chocolate. Overall I’m definitely going to return and order something else to pick from the menu and explore what they have. I recommend this place

I will be going back, but just to get a better feel on the franchise, I was not impressed with my first experience

Haven't had a coffee from Tim's in years. The first sip of my coffee this morning brought me the same feeling and taste I experienced before as a college student in St. John's Newfoundland. Love their coffee!

I gave them two opportunities to impress me and they failed miserably both times. The first time I went there they messed up my order. The second attempt, they forgot a portion of my order and it was cold! Also, if I get a Boston Cream Donut (which is the only decent item they have!), I would prefer if the chocolate was on the donut and not the bag they toss it in.

As a die-hard Tim Hortons fan, this location was underwhelming and lacking in options. Compared to NY and Canada, this location might have 20-30% off the full menu found at those locations. Service was good, but I can't see myself ever going back due to lack of menu

I've been coming here every Saturday for a month and a half now. Today is 2/24/24 the gentleman that helped me for the first time mentioned if I make it a combo it'll be cheaper for more food. I've been getting the same thing a drink and a sandwich and if you make it a combo it's cheaper. I didnt get the gentleman's name but he's a champion!

The young staff is awesome, the older woman is horribly horrible, don’t order the Boston Cream if you don’t want cake frosting in a smeared like dog poop in a brown bag. I asked for a box her answer was no we only give those when the frosting is fresh and this are far from it. That should have been my sign to drive away. Don’t ask for light ice if you don’t want tab water to make up for the difference. A sprinkle doughnut, a muffin and a Boston cream all in a little bag. My dog had a sugar high, the only one who enjoyed it. The orange mandarin is delicious but if your nostalgic ask for easy on the ice you will turn the clock of time to Tang. What is the Carmel brûlée supposed to taste like because all I tested was nothing. Maybe the Tang confused my taste buds. Starbucks and Dunking you have no competition unless the owner wakes up. What a shame. No waiting line for a reason. Clean the machines and coffee will taste better.

Underwhelmed at best. I asked for a hot crème bru-latte and it was lukewarm at best. Maybe because it was lukewarm, the taste was way off. Won’t be back.
