Went for Valentine's day weekend. The food was amazing and the service was incredible! Perfect if you are in town or for a romantic evening. If you go at night, a walk by the river is so relaxing after.

I went in Saturday and was greeted with the rudest hostess I’ve ever come in contact with. Once seated the waiter gave us a happy hour menu then left then a new waiter come and litterally snatched the menu out of my hand. Waited nearly an hour for a drink and to order once ordered I never got a refil and they didn’t come to table until we had to ask 4 ppl for a ticket. The service was the absolute worst. I left a review on Facebook and the company decided to delete my comment and block me from there page. I will never recommend such an awful place. If you’re looking for a friendly environment please go some where else.

Went there last night after our wedding, beautiful setting, but the service and food were horrible, we waited an hour for our food, its understandable coz we were in a party, but they never brought us our drinks untill the food was out. Eveyone chicken was overcooked and had no seasoning, bad to the point on one ate it. And they brought out bread service after we got done eating she said she forgot about it. They waitress never came to check in the 2 hour period were were there, we had to keep call for her coz she was not arround, for the price it was horrible service and worst food. But great atmosphere. Very disappointed. And it very hard to disappoint me.

Was recommended by the Indigo hotel. Nice ambience. Service was slow although there were few guests. I ordered Caesar salad and chicken parm. The salad had NO dressing, so was just a bowl of chopped lettuce and some croutons. Waitress was not to be found so couldn't ask for needed dressing. The chicken parm was burnt and not very appetizing. Bottom line is I ate literally none of the salad and less than one quarter of entree. There was no question by the wait staff either during or after the meal as to our satisfaction or why I hardly touched my meal. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected much better quality and service.

Be prepared to spend about $100 per person if you plan to have a couple drinks. Nice atmosphere and good service. I kind of had a bad experience with my food being barely warm then they had to re-cook it and when they brought it back my table was done eating so I asked for it to be placed in a to go plate. The chicken was the same chicken that I ate off of from the beginning! Not worth the money...

Granted we have not dined at Trevoli’s on the Rapids in several years, but we were very disappointed in our experience tonight. I remember our first experience as very good with an extensive menu. This time, although the atmosphere was lovely, the service and food were subpar at best. We were not offered appetizers or dessert. Our waiter came by our table twice, once to take drink orders and once to take our dinner orders. One of our party asked three separate waiters before she was finally given a glass for her beer. The food was warm but not hot. Even the pizzas were only warm. Our reservation was for 6:30, and our food arrived ant 8:00. Also, the food came out a few plates at a time with 5-10 minutes between the next round of arrivals. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

Lobster and shrimp was good, although they were way over spiced. Why would you heavily spice directly on Lobster. Other dishes that were ordered we very good. Drinks were tasty, as was dessert. Would/will try again.

Very rude server who gave us water and just disappeared and never came back to take our order...finally went to go look for her and she was having a personal conversation with another server and just sitting at the bar and laughing and talking. Her attitude got worse as the evening went on. She definitely ruined it for us. Will never go back there and pay those prices again to receive such awful service from someone with no work ethic and customer service skills. When you walk in, you feel like it's a nice, fine dining establishment, so we were disappointed to receive the surly, disgruntled, flippant server that we got. Wish we had the guy that was server for table near us. He was so pleasant and attentive to the table and very happy to explain things on the menu. We got none of that. Our salmon was fine. Bread came much later after we asked and half way through meal with no apology. Water glasses were never refilled. It was not a busy night, either. 2 stars because the salmon was good and the other servers don't deserve to be pulled down by this bad apple.

First time at the downtown location. The restaurant is beautiful. Dark with an intimate feel to it. Wish the food and service had been as outstanding. The service was slow, and slow. Very disappointing. The table ordered the charcuterie board. It was OK is all. Plus no explanation of the items on it. I ordered the short rib. It was served in chunks, not whole nor bone-in. Was underwhelming. The polenta would have been good if it weren't cold. That was an issue for one other in our party. They brought his meal and it was cold. He sent it back and the new version was cold. He didn't eat. Another member waited so long on his pizza he didn't eat when it came. We saw people order well after us get their food first. My impression was they don't have an expediter in the kitchen, and the chefs didn't coordinate on dropping our tables order. We were very disappointed but frankly have had similar issues at the Blackmon Road location. I hope the downtown will improve its game but for now I don't plan to return. Maybe the owner will fix these problems.
