Awesome place to get delicious drinks! Low calorie, high protein shakes or teas, with so many flavors it’ll make your head spin! Delicious drinks, if I could I’d have one every day! It’s especially good after a run or walk on the river walk, only a block away from the parking area for the river walk or just park in front of the store!
Amazing place, amazing staff, and owners! Absolutely love the concept behind this place being about nutrition and not just making products full of sugar and things I don’t want. Will forever support this business!

I was so excited to try it! Unfortunately, my smoothie was blended terribly and tasted extremely chalky. And I was the only customer so I know it wasn’t because he was rushing while making it…it was very disappointing to pay over $10 for something that was essentially inedible.

This place is the bomb! I was a little overwhelmed with so many choices but I asked a few questions and Autumn helped me pick the perfect drink! I personally recommend the captain America!! And ask for autumn for the best experience possible!! Parking: I hate the one way but it’s worth the walk!
