4am chef recognized my request of no bun to be gluten free so went out of her way to go though and pick several large lettuce leaves for me to create a grilled chicken wrap, unsolicited and not looking to me for praise. Our waiter put on a fresh pot of coffee for us and other waiter keep perky tunes going in the jukebox. Unexpected in the wee hours btw Thursday and Friday mid shift. I requested a Bacon Egg and Cheese Melt on Texas Toast. I specifically stated "bacon well done" because I've received half done Bacon at other locations before. I get my sandwich and here we are...half done Bacon. I couldn't even eat it! It's disgusting!

Service was good, however, not too concerned about cross-contamination of food items (pickles had jalapeños and mushrooms mixed in them) and didn't clean grill off before cooking (food had hints of previously cooked items I'm allergic to). Had to take allergy medicine immediately after eating.
