Update 3/18/2024Service has improved 100%! I came through the lunch line. The gentleman that took my order was very polite and the two young ladies at the window were knocking the line down. My FOOD WAS HOT and I enjoyed every piece! I am not sure what changed but thank you employees and management! I arrived here today at 9:13pm with 2 cars ahead of me in drive through. Listening to the other orders in front of me one car had a large chocolate frosty and one car had a large vanilla frosty. My order was a double stack no pickle and a med vanilla frosty. I got my order by 9:25. Start to drive off when I realize there is no spoon in my bag nor straw. The lobby is not open so I have to get back in line with 3 cars in front of me. They take 2 orders then make the next car wait about 5-7 minutes and then take the next 2 orders. After going through the second time I finally left Wendys at 9:45 pm after arriving at 9:13pm.

Saying that I was served a chicken sandwich out of the TRASH would be an understatement. That's surely what it tasted like. I bit into my sandwich and it tasted horrible. It was dry, old, and rancid. Because it tasted so bad I began fully examining the sandwich. After taking a closer look inside the chicken beneath the breading it was green. I have never seen anything like it. Even the bottom of the bun looked horrible. I took pictures, but the camera didn't pick up the color well, it looks yellow, but it's certainly green in person. I am disgusted and disappointed.

0 starts!!My 1st time ever at this location.Visited this place are 10pm.They took our order fast.We spent around 40 bucks all together.Our food was terribly cold.Fries was not fresh.. one was so hard you could draw with it..Be careful not to eat the burger if they are cold.Update*** the food made my family violently ill… had to stay in the house to avoid a poop accident!0 starts!!!0 starts!!My first time in this place.I visited this place at 10 p.m.They took our order quickly.We spent about 40 dollars all together.Our food was terribly cold.The fries were not fresh...one was so hard you could draw on it...Be careful not to eat the burger if they are cold.Update*** the food made my family violently ill...I had to stay home to avoid a poop accident!0 starts!!!

“Can I have the pretzel baconator, just the sandwhich?”1 min later “can you repeat your order?”“Yeah no problem, can I have a single pretzel baconator, just the sandwhich?”“You want the baconator?”“Yeah, the single pretzel baconator.”“We have the single, double, and triple combo…”“No thank you, I just want the single pretzel baconator, just the sandwhich”“Oh okay…” then proceeds to tell me to pull up but rings it up as a normal double baconator as a meal.Bye Wendy’s, here I come Chick-fil-A.
