If you go at night, expect the kids working the drive through to be on their phones. Seriously, they will have your food in hand, put it down and tend to their phone, while you’re sitting there waiting.

Terrible food, all food was cold. Advised at the window to let me get some fresh fries only to pull off with the same old fries. Kids working and need to do better. Get more concerned with your jobs and quit giving people food you wouldn’t eat.

Absolute nightmare! For over a year this location has been unable to or unwilling to fill an order correctly! The food looks old and no one ate all of their food...again. I was shorted a salad and a baked potato. Some extra french fries were included though, not that they were any better, cold and soggy. Called and no one answered, not that they would have done anything, last time they offered a desert to make up the ten dollars in gas it costs to go back to the store to replace the garbage they sold us (for top dollar). Fire the employees, close the restaurant tear it down and leave the empty parking lot empty to remind the people who used to work here of why fast food workers are not paid more. End of rant!

Food is decent but the service is EXTREMELY slow! Waited an incredibly long time for my food just because they had no urgency at all to doing the simple job at hand.Parking: Not a ton of parking but didn't have a problem getting a spot. Rarely gets the whole order right. Most recently received a single patty "doublestack," undercooked fries, and the wrong soda entirely. And that's just most recent.Edit: Down to a 1 star. They constantly close their dining room and drive thru early with no way to check online. This location is a joke.

The food order was messed up, but the food quality itself was great. It was the human beings in this establishment, to include the management, that screwed up the whole order. After repeating my order twice, it was still incorrect. I'm sure it did not help that the male manager that was working today was too busy trying to get his next baby mama, instead of focusing on his J.O.B. He needs to work on his customer service, not supervising anyone.
i don't know why this wendy's is so bad now, been coming to it since it opened and it has been decent for years.but now you should expect long wait times, rude staff, and the wrong food every single time.i don't recommend coming here until corporate cleans house and replaces the entire staff.This is coming from someone that's never bothered to take the time to leave a review somewhere.

Slowest fast food in the area! All of them have attitudes except the one extremely nice guy walking food out to your car. We ordered on the app for pick up at 8:25 submitted the order before 8:00 we arrived at 8:30 and sat till 8:40 till we finally got our food. Also we wanted to carry out but all the doors to the dinning room were locked so we had to go through the drive through! Absolute trash Wendy’s! Go to Taco Bell or chick fil a skip this Wendy’s
