The service is usually good, but you'll get a couple of servers that just overcharge you or will get your order wrong....the foods always good though.

Did a to go order and wings were supposed to include celery and carrots, were not included. The appetizer tater tots were dried out and barely edible. Wings were dry and overall the ordering experience was not good. Waste of money

Highly disappointed with this place!!! Sunday, I was sooo let down. Service was crap and server acted as if I was wrong because my appetizer came out over cooked and burnt. Spoke with manager and she told me she'll take it off my ticket and re-cook it just to turn around and still charge me. Won't be returning back no time soon after years of not going in the first place!

I was let down by this place. I went here a couple years back and came back and was expecting not much but was let down for the low expectation. The food is classic American food (burgers, wings, etc). For our appetizer we got the Big Catch Pretzel and was the best thing we had that night. For my entree I got the cheese burger and was let down. It may have been that I got a cheeseburger. If I come back I will get wings and properly rate Wild Wing Cafe, but for now left disappointed.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this was probably the worst service we have ever received at Wild Wings. My husband and I went to wild wings quite frequently before the pandemic food was always great, and service was decent. After the pandemic food/service were always hit or miss but we continued to come back. I myself was working in the service industry both pre/post pandemic and I know the struggles that that shutdowns caused on the industry, between the lack of people willing to come back to work, and the general public all of the sudden being increasingly unreasonable and rude to people in the service industry, the industry has had a hard time bouncing back. I bring this up because at 4 years post pandemic, the things I witnessed today isn't because of these issues but rather lack of leadership in management, and lack of a sense of urgency between wait and kitchen staff. We came to eat on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 when most restaurants in the area will be on a 30-40 minute wait at this time, your restaurant only had about 5 tables and 4 or 5 guest at the bar. After being taken to our seats and getting my 2 young kids in their high chairs and set up to eat we waited 10 minutes or so before the host came up to us and said "your sever will be taking your order but I'm going to go ahead and grab your drinks" perfectly acceptable especially if the server is. Losing our a big party or something. I ordered a tea my husband ordered a beer after we received our drinks we waited another 20 minutes before our server came over to us greeted us and took our order. We ordered an appetizer and my kids food to come out first and then my husband and I both ordered wings. Another 20 minutes goes by and our server came by asked my husband if he wanted another beer and said "your appetizer will be our shortly" about 15 minutes later our appetizer showed up followed directly by my kids food and then 5-10 mins more our entrees came. Because I have been in this situation before I believe our server forgot to ring in the appetizer and kids food and realized it when she asked about my husbands beer. And has one made on the fly. Hey things happen, I'll never be mad at a server for making a mistake, but an apology is the least they can do. On our entrees both of our ranches were hot which indicates to me they were sitting under the heat lamp in the window for quite some time. My husbands were so dry he didn't even eat them. During this time I counted and there were a total of 7 tables in the restaurant and and the largest party may have been 6 people, 3 servers and a bartender. That would be an average of 2 tables per sever. As someone who worked in the industry over 10 years this isn't busy enough for us to wait over 20 minutes to be greeted and over an hour for food, unless the restaurant was not staffed properly. When we did see our server she was attentive and made sure our drinks were full but there was definitely a lack of sense of urgency from her or apology for the wait. I also witnessed an older couple that were sat and waited 20 minutes and left because no one even greeted them.

Great food. Amazing staff. Good music. Only qualm I have at all is they blare the music starting at like 6pm so forget a nice conversation over dinner if you're there with a band playing. If they waited until 10pm to turn up the volume I think they would get more of the after work crowd who want to socialize not have their ears bleed.

Sat in a booth for 15 minutes while multiple waitresses walked by us and saw that we hadn’t been served. Ended up just getting up and leaving.

First booth they sat us at was dirty and had Mac and cheese all over the seat. The second booth the table was dirty as well. It took literally 40 minutes to get a draft Beer and 30 minutes for the food. The waitress was semi friendly but just kept making excuses about the beer being so late. When she brought it out it was slightly warm. The food was all over cooked and the tots grease was definitely burnt and needs replacing. This place is definitely gone down hill compared to when it first opened so if it's under newer management it should probably change.I'll stick to Mr. Wings from now on and not be returning.

Great wings, lots of flavors to pick from. Service is always good and sometimes they have live music, which makes for a fun atmosphere.
