Great service at this Wingstop location! Shanice with Doordash failed to deliver our order to the correct address. She also refused to tell us the exact location where she left it. Needless to say, we were furious and shocked that something like this could happen…and hungry. Doordash would only refund the delivery fee but not what was paid for the food itself. We went up to Wingstop and told them what happened. They remade our food at no additional charge. It was super fresh AND they even threw in a brownie for my daughter and me. I was so grateful, I almost cried. Thank y’all again, Wingstop on Weems! ??

I recently placed an order Online with Wing Stop. They use DoorDash as a third-party for delivery, and the DoorDash stole my order. Wes, the manager there, worked diligently to refund my money. I will continue to order from Wing Stop as they are my favorite wing place in Columbus, I will just pick it up myself!?

They sold me a 15 piece and I only got 13. When I called they wanted me to bring them back the chicken and they would make it again,,,,but we all know they would spit in it,,so this wingstop sucks,please don't go. The employees are feeding themselves on our dime

This place is really good! I enjoy my food as always, and the staff members there are very respectful! Regardless, I prefer this Wingstop a lot more due to how they can help us with our order if there’s an issue or something we’d like to change. Place stays organized and clean as much as they can and that I feel comfortable. I’ll be coming back.!
