The Broadway location is 100% better. This place is NASTY! They also tried to give me an uncooked pizza. The dough was still soggy. I said to them, my pizza has never come to me that fast. They looked at it and still said it was done. I got the box and said look at the dough. They put it back in and that was even worse. The cheese was horrible. This place needs new management or workers ASAP because the service, food, atmosphere, and place is disgusting! Go to the Brodway location. Trust me!

Bunch of dope heads. Some of the staff got out of their car stinking of pot while we walked in behind them. They walk around like zombies and don't smile. The whole crew looks like the cast of a zombie movie or tattoo parlor and pot shop. Management must be baked as well. Not trying to be rude, just real.

Used to love going here but the service over the last couple months has been horrible. Their hours changed and two times we have come within 10 minutes of their closing time but was denied service. If a location says that they are open until a certain time customers shouldn’t be turned away 10 minutes before then. Today I took my kid to get pizza after a game and they gave us burnt pizza. The pizza was black and hard as a rock and we ordered in store so there really is no excuse. Burnt pizza and bad attitudes and I have refrained from posting a review because we USED TO love it so much.

I've never seen a staff more incompetent and move so slowly. Out of ingredients, filthy tables and restrooms, just an all around dump compared to the Broadway location. I also hate that they will make you wait standing there while they fill to-go orders.

As the old crews were changed out, the customer service is going down. The quality of pizzas is the same. The tables were not clean. No pepper, shredded cheese is available on the tables. Some tables have napkins, some don’t. Need the manager’s attention.
