Where do I begin. A simple stop after working out in the heat turned into complete chaos. We go through the drive thru line to order their special. The spicy fish and shrimp for 5.99. Below that it says or get it in the classic batter. We get to the window and my boyfriend said I’m sorry one of those is suppose to be the classic batter. The manager standing behind the other worker says no you can’t get classic batter it’s only the spicy. My boyfriend said no it says on the sign you can. He then says can I drive around and take a picture? Manager says suuurrrree go ahead I’m the one that put the sign up I know what it says. We drive around and indeed the sign says classic also. At this point she doesn’t want to swallow her pride and give me the classic. She said it would ring up $2 more than the spicy because that’s what the deal is for. My boyfriend says well can’t you ring up the spicy and give us the classic. She says I’m not messing my inventory up for no one! I said just forget it and let’s get the spicy. It was awful!! It was super greasy and neither of us liked it. So, then I’m like let me see if I order it online will it let me choose classic. Guess what? Online I can get the food I wanted for the same price. I ordered it and he went back to prove it to the manager to call her out on her rudeness. Well, now things escalated and he told my boyfriend he disrespected his boss in front of the white girl. How did I even get in this? I don’t like conflict and was ready for it to be over. They wouldn’t give us the online order food and would not give us our money back. Apparently they called the police after we left for I don’t know what? I talked to customer service and Jennifer said I would get a refund. I have not got a refund and all this could have been avoided if the manager would have given us what we asked for instead of being prideful. This place is not worth your time.

The food was delicious but they took 29 minutes to even start cooking my food and there was only two other customers in the restaurant. Drive thru was busy but it doesn't excuse the nearly hour wait.

Ordered through drive-thru the other day. I asked for sandwich ingredients to be placed on the side. Lettuce was wilted and most of it was brown so I asked for fresh lettuce. Lady at the window said, "We don't got no more. The truck won't be back until tomorrow". I was surprised because it was just 4p, so I asked again. "You don't have any? I'd like to speak to the manager". She said, "I'm the manager". I was shocked. She went back to ask another manager in the back and was told she had opened up a bag of lettuce earlier that morning and it looked like that. I asked her if no one else behind me was getting lettuce then and she didn't understand me because I later realized she was saying that everyone was getting the same lettuce that they'd given me.... smh. When she rolled her eyes, I told her she was disrespectful and she said, "Bay-Bay... (baby) I'm not disrespectful... and I cut her off. Couldn't believe she talked to me like that. She closed the window on me and walked away. Another woman came to the window with the same attitude and told me I was holding up the line. That's it. No apologies or anything. Been a customer for years, but not any longer. Sorry so long!!

Today I went to Captain D's @ 1735 Hwy 138 Conyers Ga. This fish was either rotten undercooked or something else I called and spoke the manager who stated she knew Wow she said everyone knows it's a new fish their trying, not my problem She gave me Jennifer name as the district manager and told me to google the corporate office Wow extremely unsatisfied disappointed customer and no solution was provided period

Where do I start: Customer Service here is horrible especially close to closing time. I showed up at 9pm to put in a drive thru order. Two ultimate seafood Platters, clam strips, 6pcs Butterfly Shrimp for $2, and two bread sticks. A little under $50. It was 4 cars in front of me. After waiting 20 mins to move I figured I can help them out by coming inside since I thought I saw people inside. The store advertised time is 10pm as on the door. The door was locked. An employee came to the door saying they were closed.I pointed at the door then she restated the lobby is closed. I told her I ordered a nice sized order via drive thru and I was coming in to help them out. She said they don't need the help I had to get back in the car line. I told her 3 cars have since pulled in. She said get back in line, so I did. When I finally got to the window and paid I got my food fairly fast. Food was warm to my expectation. I asked the drive thru cashier for more malt vinegar. She said it's in the bag. I saw everything except malt vinegar. She literally refused to give me more malt vinegar. But, she was kind enough to say have a good evening. When I got home... I have tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and two packets of malt vinegar. Food was okay for fast food. Crab cakes were fire. The only saving grace for this review. It is a reason I haven't been to this Captain D's in conyers since before they restored this store. Lipstick on the Ugly Pig of Really Bad Customer Service. Maybe they will get it right in late 2025 or 2026 (Lord Willing) when I return. This store constantly have bad management and or young employees. Malt Vinegar shortage is real ?

I really enjoy the grilled, low calorie dinners. They fit in perfectly with my Weight Watcher points. They taste great, and good quantity at a reasonable price. I'd like for them to add even more healthy choices.

I would give no stars if I could! To begin with, it's supposed to be handicap accessible, but only by the front side walk. To go through the door maze was a task with a wheelchair and don't even get me started on how employees and able body customers watched as I struggled to get in. The hateful lady that took our order was so ugly acting and rude. The food was cold and their coke machine didn't work so they offered only watery tea and water. Again, on the way out, the manager and all the employees turned and watched as we left the build without help it felt as though we were entertaining them! At the last second, a very old man held the doors as we left, completely unsatisfied. Unfortunately, because we were the only white ppl in there, I feel as though it was a race thing. Very sad!

The food was good fresh cooked to order. The only thing l didn't like was one of the cooks sneak and pick up a crab that had fallen to the floor instead of throwing it into the trash he put it off to the side smh the food was good but will not go back for awhile.

I went to the Capitan D's , on Wesley Chapel, it's close to home. I went inside the drive thru was rather long, Monday afternoon, lunch time. I place my order after a couple of guys were in front of me, not a long wait. The cashier took my order was very nice and thorough. I took a sit I had about a less than 10 minute wait, cause there were several orders ahead of me than I thought. Which was no problem it's lunch time weekday. The cashier was working the drive thru and front register, which is crazy in it self, but she was good, very efficient. The young lady name is Latawnya, from my receipt. Also she checks every order to make sure it's correct before the customer receive them. I hope Captain D's is paying her and treating her right. It is hard to get good or I should say Excellent Customer Service now days.

There was hair in our food! I called and spoke with the manager he was not concerned, told me to bring the food back and they would look at it. I was already back at work and could not leave, he did ask me for my for my name nor offer to replace it at a later date! Needless to say the food went in the trash, my staff and I will not be back.
