Nastiest worse drive thru ever and the employees are lazy and liars I asked the intercom does it serve children's meals it told me yes I got to the window. They gave me whatever they felt like in the bag when I walked back up to the window they told me there's no such thing as a kids meal uh what but you gave ma a kids drink and no fries and a burger full of mustard and onion for a kid and that had nothing to do with what I ordered and I was the only one in line at checkers then I threw all the food away it was old and nothing I ordered so I called corporate, the attitudes are nasty. The employees are nasty. The lights are off like they're never open and the location is absolutely disgusting.

My husband decided to go grab us some lunch. The girl at the window was very unprofessional and had a attitude when my husband mentioned he’s missing a order or fries! What is this? Even my daughter’s chicken nuggets were burnt. Definitely won’t be back!!

Well... the fountain drinks are really good...I guess I'm just not into checkers anymore... I use to love it and think the food was good but I'm no longer impressed.I ordered a sandwich from the menu that had a picture next to it and I thought my sandwich would have the same items in it as the pic, but apparently you have to ask for cheese when ordering the burger. Mind you it comes with everything(mayo, Lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard) but you gotta ask for cheese? *makes no sense*Then I ordered the chicken sandwich with that special cheddar bun as a meal... when I got my food it was on a regular bun and when I asked about it they said it was discontinued... yet no one told me that when I ordered. Just gave me a sandwich with no apologies, and no heads up. Also the food was extremely salty. Overall a really bad experience and will be my last time going. Wish I took a picture of the chicken sandwich... it looked like pig slop. Smh

I adore checkers. Crave it bi weekly it seems. I only ever frequent this location, as it's 5min away. Pre ordering is always thee worst experience for me but I keep doing it lol.. I literally sit here waiting 20min.. I just got the food. There's NO FRIES OR NUGGETS IN MY BAG!!!! I Ordered the $5
Seems they are premaking these burgers..terrible!..I miss rallies everything was always fresh! I'm sure they make their own food fresher than the people paying money..very terrible never again! This taste like a gas station sandwich!!

It was only 1 person working there; the manager. She had no employees; there were three cars in the drive-thru, and just me at the walk-up window. However, she did an excellent job getting us in and out; I came at 12:14pm and had my order at 12:23pm. I GIVE 5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food didn’t taste that good. I ordered the $5 Meal Deal; only the fries were good.
