The young girl that took my order this morning had the worst attitude I wasn't sure how to redeem something from the app she was frustrated by that when I told her to have a nice day she said nothing back at all. I wanted my hashrounds to be crispy there is no crunch at all just soggy and gross. Just go to the chick-fil-a in Covington everyone is nice and helpful and they make your food how you ask for it to be done after all your paying for it.

They don't give you receipts so you can add your transaction if you don't have a code available to scan. No one answers the phone except to pick it up and hand it up on you. You are transfered to customer care who then spends 45 minutes telling you about "people" getting receipts from bags out of the trash and trying to get points they didn't purchase. I was promised the store would contact me twice but I'm not holding my breath The only way to talk to a human is to press one to place a catering order. When you explain everything to them.. they tell you they are transferring you and getting someone from the store on the line, but then they hang up on you four times because you try hold them accountable for their false promises. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME BECAUSE CHICK-FIL-A DOESN'T CARE ABOUT KEEPING YOUR BUSINESS. ONLY PEOPLE TRYING TO HIDE SHADY PRACTICES WON'T GIVE YOU A RECEIPT.

Ive been a could of times. The line and parking lot that is designed for big crowds is overwhelming at 1st but they move it right along. Everytime that I have come im thinking lord look at this line but i always get my food fresh hot and not sitting there for 30 mins.

Waiting in the car for pick up that i orders online and someone just coming to work asked me to park in a parking space. I could see if I was blocking someone but otherwise it made no since. I was just waiting for my daughter to pick up the food…

I frequently eat at this location and never had an issue until today. On my way to work I stopped and got a cobb salad, half way through eating it I found some kind of small black dead insect. I didn't have time to return it because I couldn't be late for work. Please do a better job off washing vegetables and/or keeping food properly covered!?

Pulled off the interstate to grab lunch. Used the drive thru. No issues at all. Order was accurate and hot. Standard Chick-fil-A service. No photos this time. This location is about 6/10 of a mile from the exit.

Like most newly constructed or updated Chic-fil-A restaurants, the drive-through gets patrons processed quickly. The hostess that greeted my guest and me, was initially unable to find my order - but did locate the order.However, uncharacteristically, my chicken buiscuit was virtually absent chicken.Parking: There was ample parking.

i love everything about this place .. i literally got something purple in my chicken sandwich and made sure my ma didn't see it cuz I didn't want to give chickfila a bad look or nun.....The people who work here are so kind and positive <3 we come here pretty often the spicy sandwiches are fire ❤amazing - my fav fast food ong

6/6/2023, 4pm...Latino, white woman, and Black man harassing me to see my phone after I confirmed the Doordash drivers pickup. Said that drivers, "Steal."Advised them showing phone is not mandatory and that some timed there are app problems or customers cancel orders.Very hostile, insulting, v demeaning environment.Will report to Doordash and corporate Chik-Fila.Will never go there again. I wear Doordash necklace and carry bag.I find this to be a pattern of disrespectful behavior with this business. Having completed almost 3600 deliveries over six years.
Customer Service is excellent. They don't just throw your order at you and hurriedly wait for you to drive off. Mac and cheese is delicious!Parking: The layout of the parking lot is awkward

Traveling from home (NC) to Texas and stopped here for breakfast. This is the most convenient, friendly, efficient and clean Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been to! Zaria, who took our order, greeted us with the most welcoming smile. She was so courteous and helpful. Our breakfast experience fantastic!

Worst drive through ever. Attitude was terrible and extremely slow. People have things to do and I’ve always thought going to Chick-fil-A was an in and out thing. Not so much here. Disappointed and someone needs to do something about it

I love chicken fila but today is the day & I’m praying for forgiveness for having to do this… Ordered online with coworkers & payed extra for delivery to our place of employment & bag showed up with correct order information on sticker but not only short 1 biscuit but the other biscuit was wrong as well.. Spent almost an hr on the phone trying to correct order & get biscuits back out to me & only thing they could do is refund my $$$ so I’m hangry & writing this so hopefully Chicken fila will do the right thing
