It was good. Had a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe, macaroni and cheese, and an Oreo shake. I didn’t go myself but I’m sure the service was excellent as always . Can’t complain ?✊?

Out of 20 customers one person is using the mobile app and they holding the line up with the new mobile line. They should ask the mobile line to park and they bring it out to them. But no they hold everybody up in a long line.

The only hiccup was that I ordered two chicken and egg biscuits and hash browns, to go. When we got home there was one chicken egg biscuit and hash browns. Other than that everything was great.

I went through the drive through to order and the lady who took my order was rude and ignored me when I asked if she could scan the QR code to redeem points. The frosted lemonade I ordered wasn't full even after I stirred it.

Absolute worst chick fil a I have been to. Store was so dirty, trash and fries on the ground by the trash can inside the store. Tables were dirty, counters were dirty, floor and bathroom were dirty. The condiment container that usually includes ketchup and napkins etc was empty, and also super dirty. No utensils or napkins included in our bag. Unable to get these from the condiment area bc it was empty. Waited an extended amount of time for food. They did give us free cookies for waiting, my kids and I waited at least five extra minutes after receiving our food for refills, utensils and napkins and no one came or would even look at us. I literally walked behind the counter to grab utensils and napkins for myself and another customer. No employees even questioned it. I was genuinely concerned to eat our food last night and was so grateful to wake up and not have anyone sick from it.Saw at least two or three cars pull in and come inside from the drive thru because their order was wrong and had another customer come in and chew out the main gal ( who was working really hard) for incorrect items. It was close to closing time, I will give them that, but this was an absolute disaster.

There is no need for the mobile drive thru lane. It literally takes twice as long to get your food as oppose to getting in the other lane. And if you get your food before the driver in front of you, you have no where to go and just have to wait until they get their food. The drive thru needs an improvement. I don’t understand how they could move to this location and still end up with the same issues like the last location. They should have chosen a bigger lot.

It is nothing less than corporate Greed that there are kids taking orders in the rain, cold and increment weather! I get it, they want to earn money, but is it worth your health?? Is any parent paying attention?? It is shameful that this company claims a religious status to treat people as,they wants to be treated. I think they should be boycotted. CORPORATE GREED!!!
