I haven't had Chilis in a long time... I currently live near Augusta Ga and the food is not great. So I was skeptical about eating here. But I am so glad I did the food was on point...service and all. Very pleased...We will be back..

The quality seems to be declining at this location. I was kinda disappointed seeing as tho it was the reason I ended up going to that one in the 1st place.
Devon, who claims she is a general manager, does not care about the food that’s being served or the poor customer service. This establishment needs another general manager or needs to be closed. Very disappointing!

It's been a big change with the employees since my wife and I last been here in 2020. We stopped coming here because the employees attitudes stunk and they seemed bothered by customers being in the restaurant while they're at work. Jennifer was our server and she was polite, patient, kind, awesome sauce. She was very attentive and seems to enjoy what she does and made us happy to spend our money there.My only small complaints are the food is never hot, just slightly warm and the fries were extremely salty no fault of Jennifer's by the way.
Restroom was dirty and looked like blood on the floor. Food was ok, usually expect more from a Chilis. It was adequate.

On a Saturday @ 5ish I was giving attentive and friendly service by Josh and Michelle at the bar. At the start there was a greeting with introduction and patience for me to review the menu without the rush rush… I greatly appreciated that since it’s been a while in between visits. The smokehouse combo came out well outside of the broccoli being luck warm. Josh was attentive to notice I was missing condiments…a short wait I received my condiments. Chef kiss to the service & hospitality I received from Michelle & Josh! Thanks for a wonderful dining experience you two.

Super disappointed tonight. Had to walk out after not being greeted or acknowledged while sitting at our booth for about 25 minutes. The server who assisted the two tables on the opposite row of us never said anything to us but looked over at us once. We usually come here twice a month for date night and sit in the bar area. And the service has always been great and quick even when they are full house. Considering they had less than 20 tables in the restaurant side amongst the 4 servers I seen and the one male manager. It disheartens me when I’m told the service standards in the Conyers area restaurants are not as good as neighboring cities and then experience it first hand. I hope they will be able to put forth the minimum effort of communicating to their guests so they are not left just sitting down being ignored. Also there were 3 tables that were sat in the busy bar area who were greeted and had their drinks already while we were waiting for someone to our table. I guess I’ve become aware of this working in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. Please Chilis Conyers you can do better and your 20 mins closer than having to drive to Covington. ?

Food was delicious and relatively quick. Some things did get held up in the back because we had such a large group, about 20 plus people. But other than those minor issues it was good.
