Today was my first day ever eating at a chipotle. I let “YaYa” (employee) know that I have not dined at chipotle before and she was so helpful. I told her what I like it when I don’t like and she was right there to help me no attitude very friendly. The only thing that discouraged me was no one told me I was going to be charged for every little thing until I was paying. I added a little queso and added some chips to go with my bowl. I asked her what else came with the meal when I got to the register she told me I could get a drink showed me the two options I got a bottled drink and then my meal was $20 , so other than that everything was great. I just think it would’ve helped to know what was an up charge before I was already paying. The sweet lady ‘Ya Ya’ went above and beyond and I really appreciate her. She made my experience quite lovely.

They must need help very bad to hire that guy. 3/22/2024All these people waiting for white rice and he is still making brown rice. This guy should be fired. 30 minutes and counting for white rice. Sad, this location sucks. And is getting worse!

It sucked and we are never returning back. It was sloppily prepared and the lids not secured on the bowls. Steak taste like shit. Rude employees with no sense of urgency nor helping a first time customer my husband and I. I didn't get the menu. We will never return it was 68$ dollars by the time we left. I feel very much ripped off and the lady whom is the manager is belligerent and no one says Thank you anymore. I give you no stars if possible.

This chipotle is ridiculous. I stood in line for 10 minutes to order my food and they tell me at the register there’s no more honey chipotle vinegarette! The inconsiderate factor not to tell everyone ordering that they are out blows my mf mind. The workers are rude if you don’t want the job stay home it’s that simple.
Stopped in for a quick bite because I was heading to Covington, Georgia to see an orthopedic physician about my son's broken hand.Luckily on a humbug mission, we got hungry and he had mentioned to me earlier in the day that he had a taste for Chipotle. Well, low & behold as we exited the highway we saw there was a restaurant just right here. We stopped immediately and were very glad that I did.I didn't get much but I had a side of Queso and guacamole w/chips. My son got a burrito . Omg ? everything was delightful. I stayed outside in the car and enjoyed my lunch. I usually don't eat the chips . I usually give them to both of my Chihuahuas on top of their fresh chicken and jasmine rice that I feed them daily ? ?.The food was extremely fresh and so were the chips , I SMASHED IT ALL...

Wish I could give the service a zero. The attitudes from the women or teenage girls that work there are atrocious. If you give attitude over just handing someone a bag a chips don’t get mad and make rude remarks because it was reciprocated. No way yall getting payed more than 10 an hour and can’t even hand someone a bag of chips.After standing for quite some time and already dealing with the young lady’s random attitude from tonight just waiting on some chips , when asked again for the order ( just a bag of chips) she , with attitude, rudely handed it over like we were beggars. She shouldn’t work In food service at all or anything that requires any actual work for that matter. Standing watching her laugh and talk while we wait for a simple bag of chips was ridiculous then to act like we’re asking you to do something that isn’t your job… ridiculous. Foods good but their attitudes from online orders is disgusting especially from that young lady. She seems to always have an attitude like she hates the world and has never be loved. Fatherless behavior. Over all they move with a lazy pace and act like you’re the problem for coming In and ordering food. Attitudes so bad I’d rather drive to Wesley chapel if I want chipotle. Front line crew working after 4pm needs a serious revamp. Lastly the dining room is always disgusting like actually nasty including the drinks area. I went in with my mental disabled sister, mind you this is her first time ever eating here I then explained to the guy who was fixing our bowls" African-American male hair down to his ears” that “ this is her first time" which I didn’t have to, but did anyways. The caucasian lady with the black hair which was in a braided ponytail and glasses collard shirt maybe she’s a shirt leader Yes had so much attitude and proceeded to talk about us to him which was extremely unprofessional, extremely disrespectful and rude, which I saw her roll her eyes and sigh. I was literally explaining to my sister who has a delayed diagnosis how the line works. I guess we moving too slow for them which one was behind us.. never again will I spend another dime on this place.
