I really enjoyed sampling the blue berry muffin batter flavor.My favorite flavor used to be just cake batter, but I finally found an upgrade.I highly recommend coming to get some good ol ice cream from this Cold Stone in Conyers.

When I enter the store,it was a difficult customer ahead of me but Tanisha P. handle the situation very well. She kept a smile on her face and acknowledged every question(s). Tanisha was the only associate doing orders as well as online orders. Yes my ice cream was worth the wait.

Great ice cream, lots of flavors. Not a lot of seating inside and there 1 or 2 tables outside.Parking: It's a huge parking lot in a large shopping plaza.

I visited Cold Stone Creamery and found the ice cream enjoyable, but the associate's rude and unhelpful attitude left me frustrated. When I asked a simple question about ordering two flavors in a small size, I was met with dismissiveness and unhelpful responses. As a result, I won't be returning.

They only have 10 flavors of ice cream. No hot fudge, no bananas, no waffle bowls or cones and it was MY fault that I asked for them. Everytime I asked for a different topping her response was a huff, a sigh, and shaking her head no. They couldn't complete ANY of the items listed on the menu board on the wall. All the items in the freezer were VERY old (crystallized ice cream, broken boxes) absolutely deplorable.

Why is there an option to place an order ahead of time only for me to walk in and my order is NOT ready? On top of that, the girl was counting the tip jar instead of making my order. Smh. This is one of my favorite locations to visit but today was not a good day for them!!!!!!

Service was ok but the person who made my ice cream cup was sloppy with putting ice cream in cup. Ice cream was too soft and spilling off the side. I finally threw it away was super sweet. And like liquid. Next time I will get a plain kind.

Don’t bother placing an order online because you still will have to stand in line and wait pass your given pick up time.
Can't wait until the new location in Covington opens up! Hoping the customer service will be 10x better than this location. If the owner truly cares about their business, they should really comb through these reviews and make the necessary adjustments!

Even though it’s my favorite icecream this place is a no go. Customer service is awful. TOO LAZY. We’ve been here for 40 minutes!!!!! Unbelievable!!! Besides there’s A LOT of healthy concerns. The girl at the register was counting money and scooping waffle batter in between customers WITHOUT GLOVES.

I was a big fan of this place but I'm even bigger fan of great customer service due to it being my profession. I came here tonight at 8:46 and I guess due to the young people working there wanting to go home they just ignored the rest of us in line. I took for me to make eye contact with a few of them before someone came over. Highly recommend their Icecream just go before they close I guess
