I don’t always write reviews, but just felt like I had to share this. I stopped in to Dunkin’ Donuts in Conyers for a simple coffee. The staff was quick to fill my order which is a big plus, but even better was the atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be happy and cheerful, working together quickly with a smile on their face. They were able to keep a lighthearted mood that could be seen from all the customers, which to me this just made for a great experience. I wish I could be seen at every establishment, unfortunately that’s not always the case. This alone will keep me coming back!

Clean, fast, friendly, accurate! I walked in and purchased a couple drinks and some breakfast items Saturday 1/27/24…everything was perfect and the store was clean! 5 Stars!

I usually don’t have any issues at this Dunkin’ location since I order from the drive through. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong coffee at the window and I had to drive back and go inside the store. The coffee they handed me at the window had obviously been sitting around for a good while. The cup was sticky on the outside and the hot coffee was COLD. When I went inside to exchange it, no one acknowledged my presence for at least 5 minutes and when they finally did they tried to hand me the old coffee I had ordered from the drive through 10-15 minutes prior which was now lukewarm at best. I asked for fresh coffee and they reluctantly made me a fresh cup. I really just wish any of the 5-6 employees passing behind the counter had acknowledged me and the other customers standing in line. A simple, ‘I’ll be right with you “ or “sorry for your wait” goes a long way. There was also no apology for giving me someone else’s coffee order.
From morning shift to night shift I want to take a moment to give credit where it’s do. I am a regular at this Dunkin and I gotta say I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service provided to me. I have love for all the employees who take their time and make sure my coffee is done right and the great attitudes is definitely a super bonus. I take my coffee serious as well as the customer service. Thank you Dunkin crew!!

Thank you Dunkin! I ordered from DoorDash and a few of my items were missing. I called to tell them about it, just thinking that maybe I could get my items when I get off work and they sent a lady to bring it to me. I cant leave my job. I was so grateful. This EMT needed her coffee this morning! ?
