This restaurant was an awesome experience following our church service this morning. The manager (Malik) greeted us as we were being seated by the host, the waitress (Courtney) was prompt coming to serve the table and was very patient as we did not know what we wanted right away. She was so polite, professional, and very pleasant in spirit as she served us. The manager returned to check on how everything was going, and all areas were clean. I'm most happy about this visit being a wonderful continuation of our day. I highly recommend dining at this location.
Courtney was definitely the best. Her attitude, her spirit. Her energy was outstanding. The food was definitely delicious. I am an unofficial I Hopper. I've been to several restaurants around the city and this is definitely the best. Ihop restaurant, I'd recommend this to all my friends to come out to Conyers and Malik. The manager had a beautiful and wonderful spirit as well. The entire style the store was clean. The service was professional

Employees rather play and not help customers waitress came and asked if need anything asked for a refill and took her forever to bring it back cause everyone in the kitchen playing games promise won’t be back at this location wasn’t worth my money that’s forsure

Waited 25 min for a waitress. Everyone just lackadaisical to the point nobody even know I was sitting here. The supervisor was as dry as the Sahara Desert. Customer service training needed ASAP. This is truly poor.

I found it very inconvenient that, after placing my order and providing my credit card information to the iHop customer service representative, I was told that the location was closing soon. Despite being open 24 hours, I was informed by Brad at that location there was nothing he could do and that I needed to come in personally to place my order.
Wow! Whoa! IHOP deserves 5 Stars all the time. The Conyers location keep the goodness great. My brother had the Bacon Temptation Omelet with the Mexican Tres Leche Pancakes. He said 5 ain't enough of a rating. I ordered a Classic Ham & Cheese Omelet with the Double Blueberry Pancakes. We had some extra fruits from Publix to top off our pancakes. My food was amazing. Adding Salsa to an Omelet is a cheat code. Thank me later for that tip. It made up from an expensive disaster of a lunch buy in Atlanta. A $45 mistake, but Thank GOD for IHOP. These has to be the fluffiest Pancakes you can ever buy. Recommended at anytime because it will be delicious and worth every penny. Shout out to Door Dash for the Speedy delivery.
