Once again, this location fails! I pull up to the drive thru, and the first thing I hear is, "we ain't got no bread." Great, of course I was there for a chicken sandwich. I got my mom a pot pie, they're great, but I made the mistake of getting the woefully overbreaded strip meal with old fries. A waste of money. I'm out on this location. Last time, they were out of chicken. A KFC with no chicken. How bout that?

Just came from KFC off Salem Road. I’ve been going there for five years on organize unprofessional ghetto people but today I went and there’s a lady named Trisha. She is amazing great customer service speedy responsible go over and beyond for the customers she’s all about KFC and the customer she needs to be recognized for her work. I ordered a pot pie and when I began to eat it everything that belongs to the chicken was in my pot pie making it very nasty and disgusting. It had the bones, gristle and skin all in one bowl (nasty). Tried calling the restaurant 4 times no one answers the phone. I finally decided that after several inaccurate orders, cold/old food and on several occasions (not this one) rude service, that the world needs to know how this location is being operated.Training is a must use the tools that companies supply to develop your ppl simple.

We went today on Christmas Eve to purchase a bucket of chicken only. We were told first they would have to give us a mix of original and extra crispy; then she said but we don't have any wings. So we said okay; then she said it would be six minutes on the chicken. So again we said okay. So we were expecting what we were told; now the chicken was piping HOT but wasn't nothing in there extra crispy nor original per KFC standards nor ours. Trust me you will never see me at this location again and headquarters will be notified.

Every time I come to this location it is terrible I tell them want I want and they repeat it back to me. I never get what I ordered. Spent $30 did not get anything I asked for.
Super slow service and generally rude employees, and my orders are inconsistent. Sometimes, my order is hot and correct, and the next times, it is cold and not correct. It is a gamble for sure.

The girl at the window was nice, but the food is so oily and salty. Did not taste good. I wouldn’t recommend. Just go to Popeyes.
This place is absolutely dirty. These pictures are more shocking in person. The restroom looked like it had not been cleaned in several weeks. The drink machine and floors were grimy and disgusting. I saw their score was 84, I should not be surprise. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks.

Service seemed great when I first pulled up in the drive thru. However, when I pulled up to the window I paid for my food and then was asked to pull to the side door and wait for my food. Only one car was behind me. So, not sure why I even needed to pull up.Mind you I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich box meal!!! Meaning it's coming in a box with the nuggets, fires and sandwich.I was very dissatisfied when I opened my bag. First, none of the items were in a box, my fires were dry and not hot at all, as if I got all the scrappings and the nuggets were so small one would think someone was eating out of it already.I went inside to voice my concerns, as I am a paying customer. I explained to the lady that I ordered the box meal and none of my food is in a box, she stated it doesn't come in box just a bag. That I know is a lie, because I ordered this just two days ago and it was in box hot and fresh. Plus I saw other customers receiving their box meals! Same thing I ordered. Next, I showed her my chicken nuggets, letting her see that my nuggets were way beyond small. Only response was, "that's how they come" and just staring at the nuggets like what you want me to do about it.I feel if you make someone,who is paying come to your drive thru wanting something good to eat pull up and wait for their food, there should be no disappointment.I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied that my meal was not to my liking and nothing was done about it. Money wasted. Please, have your staff trained on how to deal with situations like this going forward. I went to buy my family a kfc meal, we ordered & paid about $35 for the meal, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and the chicken, etc, we get home about to eat in the bucket of chicken they decided to fill it up with 6 pure wing, itty bitty chicken they thought would count & 1 chicken leg with 4 muscles, they thought they could get rid of the unwanted chicken parts with my families order, this is sad, never again.
