This location is shut down. It’s been a long time coming. They’ve had staff issues long before Covid and it has definitely caused a lot of service issues so I’m sure they lost a lot of customers over time.

I have not had Krystal in a while. The Krystal burgers was warm. The fries and pie could have been hot. The lady at the drive through was nice and pleasant.

This place sucks. At 1 in the afternoon they closed dining in so they didn't get too busy. Made everyone go thru the drive thru. Food was cold and not very tasty. I think I wait 10 minutes at the window before they came over.

Breakfast is never ready, the guy is always there alone EVERYDAYUpdate: I noticed that now the restaurant opens at 8. Tried AGAIN for the 3rd time. The manager was there alone again and was not open at 8:05. Over it.

How can a nationwide fast food chain close in the middle of the day for “shift change”. every other fast food restaurant in America manages to go through shift change without business coming to a standstill. Terrible business practice.

Finalllllllyyyyyyyy after allll these years that I’ve lived in Conyers! They finally got a great crew! The manager is excellent and the employees customer service skills are definitely on point! Food is great and looks very presentable for a change! Good riddance to the whole entire old staff and definitely management! Good job Krystal’s for stepping your game up.

Awful operation. 9pm on a Thursday night and told I can only order 4 Krystals or wait 30 minutes for 6. Just went by at 9am on a Tuesday morning and told they are only serving online customers. Crappy operation for decades listing closing at 11pm yet drive-thru stopped serving at 9:30am. I have to say an operation run so badly couldn't possibly keep food safe. If you can't do the smallest things right how on earth are you ensuring a big thing like safety and cleanliness?

Great to swing by and grab some.quick late night dinner after a day at Six Flags. The family was all happy and the food hit the spot. Staff was friendly and got everything right!
I had a taste for a krystal scrambler so I went to the store and ordered the combo. The young lady that rang me up never asked me what kind of drink I wanted. She just told me to drive around. When I got to the window she rang me up and handed me a drink. I asked what kind of drink it was and she said that it was a coke. I said I never ordered a coke and she replied that most people like come so she assumed that's what I wanted. Smh!I got home and opened my food to find that my scrambler was the size of a side order of grits...very small. There was also this horrid smokey smell coming from the bowl. It was burnt grits. Shame on you Krystal. I know it's not gourmet food but you should still take pride in your food.

They never take orders after 11pm even though they don't close till midnight. And this is a consistent bases 2ither that or they say "Our system is down." Really everytime I pull up.

Not really sure what is happening here. But this Krystal’s has gone totally downhill. They never have the burgers ready. The lines are extremely long, and the customer service has been getting worse and worse. It’s like they don’t care or have any pride in their job performance.I have tried my best to love this store, but I after this last encounter, I am giving up. I have been coming here longer than some of the staff have been alive!This last incident that did it for me was this…I was thirsty about 5pm on 10/14/2022 so I went to the drive thru. I ordered my drink and waited in line. It seemed like it was taking a really long time and I only wanted a drink. So, I pulled over and went to go inside and the door was locked.So, I went to the window and asked if it would be ok to get my drink, I didn’t want to order anything. Mind you there was a car there waiting. The person at the drive thru said no you have to wait your turn. The man in the car said he had already been waiting 35 minutes. He told the person at the window to pass him the drink and he would pass it to me, and she refused and actually slammed the glass door and would not respond further.The gentleman in the car and I just looked at each other. I thanked him for his kind offer and went back to my car.Making people wait 35 minutes is inexcusable. Lately, every time I come to this Krystal’s there seems to be a problem. And why was the door locked at 5 in the afternoon on a Friday?

This is the nastiest restaurant I have ever been to period. The drive up window was so nasty and full of grease and nastiness you could not even see the people inside other than the fact that they were were not wearing gloves at all and it was a waste of my money I went ahead and paid because there were people behind me and I see the food out at the Walmart that was close by I would not even feed it to my dog

Was told that drive-thru that there were a 15 minute wait on Krystal's burgers. No problem. I didn't order Krystal burgers. I ordered three chili cheese pups, fries and an apple pie. Paid my bill and was asked to pull up to the front of the restaurant 30 minutes later and no indication of food ever come in my way I went back to the window and asked for a refund. There were four employees working. I don't see how they were so behind in fulfilling orders.
