No wait time. Was seated and shortly greeted by the waitress. I went ahead and ordered our drinks as well as an appetizer and our main course. Literally sat for 45 min before the waitress came by with a refill so I asked how long on the food and she came back and said that our food was up next. Food finally came and my husband’s steak was medium when he requested medium well and mine was well done when I requested medium. This is the third bad experience we have had at this establishment so we will not be returning.

My manager ordered over $180 of food. Some chicken w/parm. Crust and some steaks. So I went to open my food and noticed that my chicken was watery and when I cut into it, it was pink. Everyone was not there to check their chicken so we can only go by the one That act are open instead of when we don’t keep habits of touching other people’s food. Manager called back and let her know that she was returning the all 3 chicken Parmesan crust to have them be made over because they were under cooked. So when I get there, I have the food to go hostess, she takes it back should’ve took area I guess. 15 minutes later the manager lady with blonde hair comes out with one of the plates. It says that the chicken is completely cooked. What are we talking about, she was nasty Nice. I told her I could not speak on any other chicken plate, other than mine, and it was clearly pink. Back-and-forth about it for additional five minutes she said she was gonna bring the other place out. One of them didn’t even look like one of our order. She said I was deceitful that she has spoke to me personally, but she had not. She spoke to my manager, and that my manager told her that she had cut them all open and they were under cooked and there she said all 4 -3 9oz and one 12oz. She was lying. I stood right there when my manager explained to her that one of the chickens was raw so she was sending all three back. She was specific about the fact that it was 1-12ounce. 3-9 ounce. They recooked them. I didn’t take a picture of the first plate But as you can see by the picture which is the meal that was done over, it’s still pink. I just ended up throwing it out. I will never come here again. Not so much for the under cooked food because that’s a easy fix. But of the confrontational manager that’s there. I will not recommend anyone to eat here.

We sat at the bar, the area smelled like sewage. I ordered a “MEDIUM” Outlaw and it came Well-done! It took 30 minutes to get a replacement. We didn’t receive water, bread or silverware. It was so messy behind the bar as dishes were everywhere.

Great place for a birthday party food was great not salty or spicy and not cold. Waitress did their job. But that top system was not needed but I guess this is how America is doing now not enough parking spots at all. Overall 7.5 out of 10

I recently visited Longhorn in Conyers, Georgia on 04/08/2024 and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered the chicken bites from the menu, only to be served and consume raw chicken. This blatant disregard for food safety standards not only posed a severe health hazard but also left me deeply concerned about the overall cleanliness and professionalism of the establishment. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff and management on duty, I was met with a lack of response and no meaningful resolution was offered, even after the manager acknowledged the chicken was uncooked. As a loyal customer, I have always valued the quality and service provided by Longhorn, but this experience has shattered my trust in the brand. It's unacceptable that such a serious issue was not addressed promptly and effectively.I urge the management to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Customers should feel confident in the safety and quality of the food they are served. In addition, I would appreciate a response from management addressing the steps being taken to address this issue and prevent its recurrence.

Im a regular porterhouse with parm crust topping white cheddar cheese stuffed mushrooms maybe 2,one to eat there and one to take home and i wake up to a steak for breakfast the next morning i typically spend 80-$120 I try to have a date but the women are so high on dope here in Atlanta that the few times I've had a date the ladies never actually even ate their meal, but I enjoy regularly dining here by myself I refuse to stop eating red meat. I love this restaurant.

When we first arrived on Sunday evening, we had to drive around the parking lot for 10 minutes just to find a parking spot. Once we got inside, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. We waited for about 35 minutes. Once we were seated our waitress came and introduced herself then walked away. We waited 17 minutes before she came back and took our drink order. We waited 13 minutes before she came back with the drinks. She took our order. They were out of potatoes and sweet potatoes and a few other menu items, certain drinks and napkins. It took about 12 minutes for our bread and appetizer to arrive. About 20 minutes later we received our salad and then shortly after that we received our food. We were very disappointed with the long wait times. I'm not sure if they were under staffed or what but it will probably be awhile before we come back.

Our server was very friendly and the food was good. When we arrived we were seated immediately. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have any sweet potatoes. The sweet potato with the cinnamon and butter is one of my menu favorites.

This place was dirty, the tenders were so salty ( I hope no old person got them or they're blood pressure would be out the roof), the pita bread was burnt same as the dip, and the waiter left before they gave us the bill and to-go boxes. I really should be sueing
