I will try not to make this too long but then again, I’m gonna give every detail of what happened. In 2023, I would’ve honestly given five stars because the people used to be so nice in the morning but THIS morning was different.I went there and it has been a while. The woman on the speaker when I was ordering was very polite but when I pulled up to the first window To pay for my order, which was just a coffee and a egg and cheese biscuit I said hello to the woman she said nothing back to me. (Which I’m getting used to lately with customer service here) she shut the window open the window back up and said to me “Unlock your card! It declined “when I asked her how much the order was as I only had just enough for what I ordered she said $10.82.I tried my best to nicely tell her this was not the right order, she shut the window in my face without saying anything.She then tries to hit my card for $6.57 when the order was only $6.02 there were $6.14 on the card. She opens the window and says it declined again with such an attitude. I wish I could cuss up but I’m not going to do that. I felt her hatred towards me and she has no idea that I have love for everybody and she don’t even know what I am or who I am and it doesn’t matter at this point she was so rude to me. My two year-old son was in the back and even questioned why she was mean, I asked for my debit card back as she hung it out the window over a puddle. She did not respond. I said let me see my card and that’s me being rude. I took that card and pulled off so fast. I have never experienced such a bad interaction with a human being while I’m just trying to pay for my food. I will never go back there again and I hope that somebody sees this who can make a difference and see there is no Kindness, hospitality, or human compassion at this place so how can you eat food at a place where people are so rude and disrespectful. I will try to move on and continue to be a good person to people no matter how they treat me in return thank you!!! Ps. went to the McDonald’s on Salem Road by Brown Bridge ordered the same thing and paid $4.79. They had such great hospitality compared to what I had just experienced it really hurt my heart because I would never treat somebody the way that I was treated by the other McDonald’s there was no need for that!

I was picking up a DoorDash order to deliver. The order said to walk into the store and pick it up at the counter. The doors were locked and two employees looked at me and completely ignored me. I then had to wait in the long drive-through line to pick up the order.

This location always has some of most rudest employees I’ve ever met. The girl taking money in the window got my order wrong then charged me for someone else’s order. When I nicely told her that she charged me for the wrong order she said “OH WELL!!” And slammed the window in my face. So I pull up to the next window, explained what happened. Girl shut the window to go tell someone, I hear yelling from the inside of the restaurant, a different girl comes back and says “you paid a little less anyways so just go!” Then window is shut again. If you hate your job so much then leave! Your job is NOT hard as I’ve done it before. Your poor attitude is what’s making it hard. So I was charged for someone else’s order and instead of fixing the problem they gave me an attitude instead.
Absolutely disgusting. The people were rude and the food was raw and I didn’t notice it until I turned on the light in my car. I’m so disappointed especially since my daughter had already finished her hamburger before I noticed that the hamburgers were not cook all the way. We tried calling, but of course no one answered.
