The first thing I noticed about this establishment when I first walked in was a duster left out and a broken cabinet. First red flags. Then when my sister ordered, there was a minor case of miscommunication , she asked for queso and didn’t get it. Simple mistake, the guy may have not heard her, no problem. We get to the checkout, there was a woman behind the counter, my sister asked, “Was the queso put on there?” the woman replied, “Did you ask for queso?? did you ask for it?!” with an attitude. my sister tried explaining and the woman stormed off and added the queso. The chicken nachos she had was eh…. Granted, this was about a month ago, hopefully things are better.. Better cleanliness, better attitudes. The second star is just out of generosity.

Moe's is Moe's. They don't do the best with having online orders ready on time; I waited 30 minutes after the promised time for 2 burrito bowls while they cleared the line. Recommendation: Assign a dedicated team member to online orders, for realThe good: the staff is always kind and working hard to get things done. The young lady working the register on April 5 at 8pm (long hair, grey shirt) was doing a great job in getting the pickup line cleared while ringing up in person orders. She was dropping chips into the fryer too. When the line gave a little space, she was the one to fix my order! Shout out to her for keeping calm in chaos and maintaining good customer service! She deserves to be recognized.
The guy that made my order was ok. The place was junky thou and they had not cleaned the tables. The woman that took my payment was good. The food was just ok. Especially for the 15 i spent.

I went inside to order, and as I was preparing to speak with who I’m assuming is the manager (tall white man), he picked up a piece of meat off of the counter and threw it into his mouth and did not immediately change his glove. That’s disgusting. I know employees eat the food in the restaurants they work in, but IN FRONT of the customer?! Right where you prepare the food, and without changing your glove?

Moe's is one of my go to spots when I'm out and about and hungry because of heathier food choices... but this Moe's is not it. I've eaten here on a few occasions because I work in the area. There isn't a lot of food options for me so whenever I don't pack a lunch and I'm worn out on other options, I will op for a bowl or a burrito from Moes. I don't know if its something going on with their food temperature box or what but every single time I come the hot food items are never hot like at other locations I've visited like North Decatur Road or McDonough. At the Conyers location the food is always luke warm and the food never looks fresh (I don't care what time of day you come) it always looks like left over re-warmed food on the line (I mean the rice, especially the brown rice, looks darn near crunchy (it never is but it certainly looks like it smh). This isn't the case at other locations. The food at other locations looks appealing. For me It's always a so so experience at the Conyers Moe's, it serves the purpose in fixing my hunger issue but it never leaves me wanting more from them lol!. My hope is they fix their food box, Turn the temperature up, take pride in what they're serving and how they're serving it, and sell hot food because luke warm rice and queso is not okay.
