My girlfriend ordered a Pizza, and it was actually the worst pizza I’ve ever seen, it had no crust, and smothered in grease and looked unappetizing. Thus, prompted me to then call the store, i spoke with a young woman who i told i would like to speak to a manager, she then hangs up on me. Once i called back, i asked why i was hung up on. And i was informed she thought i sounded like someone that Worked at the job, which caused her to hang up on me? An already upset customer? So, i asked to speak to manager again, and she said she would have to put me on hold. After staying on hold for over 12 minutes, i decided to hang up and call back. Once i called back, the manager immediately answers the phone. I ask why was i on hold so long? She informs me that she was informed that i would call back? This place is extremely disorganized. Once speaking to the manager (Tiffany) she tells me she has no clue what she’s doing and she is in training. I was refunded but now my family is starving and stuck without an option for food as i don’t feel as if this place is safe to eat. Although i was promoted a refund i do not feel as if i was made a whole, as now, i must waste my time speaking to people who cannot resolve my uncertainties and have to find a new place to obtain food and turned off from pizza a pity this place let me down as this is my local papa Johns. Do better

Called in for delivery. Routed to a call center, the customer service person was very helpful but quite difficult to understand. Delivery was quoted for 37 minutes at the time. Actual delivery was twice as long. As I expected, the pizza wasn't hardly even warm, as if we were the last of multiple stops. The toppings were good, but the crust lacked flavor or desirable texture.

This store has the most amazing, caring, and friendliest team of managers I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and watching in action! I've had interactions with Jodi, Peyton, Hailey, and another young lady (unfortunately, I can't remember her name), and ALL of these ladies go above and beyond to give customers the best experience they possibly can. And that's when they've already done everything 100% correct! Whatever they're being paid, it isn't enough, and every single one of these ladies deserve a HEALTHY raise! Keep up the great work! Y'all are awesome!
The quality and toppings have decreased while the price has increased. The crust tasted like a defrosted pizza. The toppings were few. The service was great and friendly. I left a 5 dollar tip on a 16 dollar pizza.

Gave this location one last chance. There was a time when they gave a damn. Their quality has tanked. Their management to gutless to get one the phone with an upset customer. Picked up an order of two medium pizzas and an order of wings. Pizzas were ok. Wing had only 7 in the container. Looked at the app and it said there are 8 in an order. They told me 6. Nowhere on the sight does it say 6. Only 8. Gutless manager who would not get on the phone, told the worker bee that they would fix me a 6 piece but I would have to pick it up. They screw up and I have to pick up a correction. Guess it's time to go back to Domino's. I know for a fact they would have replaced the entire order and delivered it. Can't call their complaint line because they won't answer a phone. Email the complaint so they can never respond. Guess there is a reason their review average is 3.3.

The pizza is always hot and tasty but not always exactly what you ordered. I recently was rewarded a free Papadia so I got the Philly cheese and swapped out the green peppers for jalapenos or so I thought that's what I was getting but nope it was sweet green peppers not spicy jalapenos but it was free so I gave it to some homeless dude.
