When I first walked into this restaurant I was immediately taken aback, not only was the music BLASTING, it smelled a little off. Maybe a little unsanitary.. after this I still decided to sit and order my food. I ended up ordering the seafood gumbo and was very excited to finally have my meal after waiting a ridiculously long time for it. Once I started eating it I immediately had to spit it out. THE CLAMS WERE NOT FULLY COOKED!!!!! I was so shocked and worried that I was going to get food poisoning from it!! I notified our waiter and the food got sent back but they wouldn’t even refund me on anything and I ultimately had to pay for RAW food in which I had to go through the long process of calling my bank!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The whole experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and disgusting and I wouldn’t wish raw clams on anybody!!

I will NEVER be going back here again!!! The food I received took a very ridiculous amount of time to come and when I got it , it was severely undercooked and the entire place had a smell that was really off. The staff was not friendly or welcoming and it was hard trying to believe that any of them actually wanted to be there!! I highly recommend no one go to this establishment!!!!!

if i could rate zero stars i would. i tried to place a pick up order on the phone where initially my order wasn’t heard due to the music being so loud in the backround. i was hung up on because they couldn’t hear me. i called back a second time trying to place my order where it was half way heard and incorrect on pick up. i placed an order for three items where 2 out of the 3 weren’t even available and they failed to let me know when i placed the order. i received the food and it tasted like salt was emptied all over my food. i went back to get a refund because of how dissatisfied i was with my order. they proceeded to tell me my taste buds were wrong and that they WOULD NOT give me a refund. i am extremely unhappy with the customer service and how my situation was handled. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Service was horrible. We had to go and find a manager to get a waitress. Even after, drinks were forgotten and watered down from sitting at the bar. I had the tacos, these little unflavored tiny lines of chicken/steak were NOT worth the money. Would’ve loved to have a refill coal on my hookah but never saw a waitress after my second drink.Only came for the band that i follow. TCB Band is amazing.Otherwise will NEVER returnDo BETTER.

A total rip OFF!This place looks nice and clean, parking is great but ALL items ARE extremely OVERPRICED! Drinks are served in cups ordinarily used for mouthwash; at a charge of $13, ice filled and watered-down. In addition, most items listed on the menu are not available and those that are taste horribly.Gratuity is automatic charged @15% which I would not mind if the service was not so terrible. What is really sad is the owner could care less about the quality of the service. Several line dance group leaders spoke to him about the declining service, to no avail as a result he has lost the line dance community.

No proper utensils were given According to the dishes , the manager did not show any concern, went to see a band the band left after playing two songs , customer left right after ... You have to correct the problem before servicing the public ...seafood platter on the menu was not served as an appetizer as specified . . ...one fish one shrimp and one crab cake no utensils constantly asking for utensils service was awful.. please as an manager and owner address this issues.. or you will not be in business long

This place is a waste of time and money. The server didn't know what coors lite was, matter of fact, she had no clue about anything about the restaurant or the food!! They were out of pretty much out of all the appetizers, which there are only three to choose from. We kept getting told three more minutes every ten minutes for the food and finally two hours later. We were told the lobster tail had to defrost before they cooked it, it looked like cat food when it finally came out. They over charged, it took another hour to get the final bill straightened out. There is no communication between any of the people who work there. This place could be something nice but it will never be anything with the current lack of management. I've been to some poorly run restaurants but this place was the absolute worst!! It was extremely annoying how long everything took, had to keep reminding the staff that they forgot things on the order. Complete nightmare, a disaster!!! The place reeks of disgusting incense. The owner was covered in sweat and kept wiping it off with his hands. He was nice enough and I hope for his sake, he gets it together. I'm sure he has a ton of money invested in this place.

I would give zero stars but you have to rate it something to write a review. This place has so much potential, but yet AGAIN another poorly managed business. We have been waiting for 30 minutes for a server... then after giving him the drink and food orders he comes back about 10 minutes later (with jacket in hand) to say "somebody else will be helping you" and proceeds to walk out the door. We flagged down another server for her to tell us the guy just quit because they are too unorganized. He is absolutely correct. I have been here 3 times to just give them another chance... but this is it. So sad to see such an opportunity be wasted due to poor management. Can't say how the food and drinks are because I STILL haven't tried anything.

Our server was great. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. We had the surf and turf tacos, chicken tender and fries, and catfish nuggets and fries. The meat was slightly oversalted, but not to where you couldn't enjoy it. The tacos were awesome. I can see myself eating those at least once a week?. Can't wait to go back and try the lamb chops and seafood boil.

Drinks watered down. 15 shots of tequila should have had me crawling out. Nope owner told me, Bottle service for wine was $150. ? how when the bottle cost less than $10.(barefoot) food was cold and the service was not amazing. My friend order nachos, seen better at a gas station.

Nice place, but they're going thru growing pains. 2 waitresses, no cook, no bartender. Was there for a Birthday Party. Never got my drink, couldn't order food off menu because they were out( it's 8pm). Hubby ordered a Corona it took 45 mins to get it and they brought it out with tops on and no beer opener. The HOOKAHS are horrible. This was my 2nd time there and it was no better than the 1st time. Got to do better, will not be going back no time soon. I will wait for better reviews.

Nice space. But the owner is very unprofessional. He wipes his sweat with his bare hands before making drinks. Doesn’t even remember drink orders. Overcharged my family for food we did not order because of his staff’s miscommunication. One of the owner’s friend whom visits often took my fiancé’s phone. We had to stop the music to find out if anyone had it. The owner did not even address the situation. The hookahs are only minty flavored. The food takes a long time to arrive . I don’t think we will ever return. What a shame

We went to this restaurant today, and we’re trying a black-owned restaurant in Conyers. There was a sign at the door masks required to enter. No person working at the establishment were wearing masks. The cooks came out from the back without covers. We left and decided our health was more important.
