Loved this restaurant & its class. It was beautifully quiet, the service was excellent and they had a dress code. That made me happy. It’s a lovely place and I’m sad it is closing. The food was so well prepared & I enjoyed the escargot and the filet au pauvre. It was a pleasure all around.

I have passed this restaurant for 30+ years and always wanted to go but never managed to make it till last night. Wow is the only word to describe the food. We will be going back very soon! If you have not tried Seven Gables you are missing out!

Tired facility and average food. Staff inexperienced. Steak was unique and not in positive fashion. I was disappointed and if this is supposed to be a great Conyers restaurant the standards are low. The bread was good. Salad marginal. Shrimp terrible. I will not return. Only 12 people in restaurant. Wines limited and furniture poor with arms on chairs with loose dowels. Cold air return covered with dust which is disgusting in a restaurant. I think it is on its way out or people have low expectations.

This place is so over rated it is not funny! The restaurant staff LOST our reservation and left us standing in the foyer. They didn't tell us there was waiting area, they just left us standing. It took forever to get our table. It took forever to get our beverages. Our waiter took our order then disappeared into the kitchen never to be seen again! I had to go get the manager to find out what happened to our order. When our food FINALLY came to the table, the lobster ravioli were complete mush. My husband's order wasn't even cooked through. Five stars my BUTT! This is a totally poorly ran establishment who can't even fulfill a drink order! This place is dismal and should be closed!

Today was our first visit, and I'm wondering why we never visited sooner. All three of us left feeling like we had a wonderful dining experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the food, engaging, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to make our dinner enjoyable. The outside felt like you were walking into a secret garden, and once inside, the atmosphere was very inviting and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. We all ordered something different, and we sampled each others' order. First, the rolls were hot and fresh and homemade. I could have made a dinner out of them. The salad was crisp and fresh, and we really enjoyed the dressings. We enjoyed the Chicken Wellington, Seven Gables Chicken, and Italian Sausage Parmigiana. The Chicken Wellington had a flaky crust and well balanced flavors. The Seven Gables Chicken were 2 breasts that were the perfect thickness and well seasoned. We substituted the vegetable mix for the pasta. The Italian Sausage Parmigiana took me to my happy place. The flavor of the sausage... Mmmmm... My mouth waters just thinking about it. It came with a side of pasta, but I brought that home in order to save room for dessert. Finally, let's talk about dessert. Chocolate Pie and Carrot Cake. The pie was light and very balanced, not too sweet and not overwhelming with chocolate. The carrot cake was very moist and was served with a vanilla sauce. You could taste all of the spices, but they didn't overpower the carrot cake. The cream cheese icing was really good too! We will definitely add this restaurant as a regular. Wish I had taken some photos, but we had our phones put away in order to enjoy the family.

I can heartily recommend the food at this restaurant. That is the extent of the positive in this restaurant experience.I sat at a table with a strange odor so strong that it was on my clothes when I left the restaurant. I received a recommendation for a wine that was undrinkable. I paid my $103 check with $120 cash, and the waiter didn't bother to bring change, instead choosing his own tip.I will not return.

Excellent food and service. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. The chicken Wellington was unlike anything I had ever had before. The veggies were cooked to perfection. The carrots were candied. The cheese cake with the raspberry was on point. The sauce was so freshly made and the crust had the perfect amount of cinnamon . I will definitely be bringing friends here soon.
