Place is really clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the pulled chicken sandwich with some yummy bbq sauce on top. Enjoyed it with my Mac and cheese. The fam came after swim lessons. We had a good time and loved the affordable food.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booster seats.

I live in Augusta Ga but I only will buy food from Shane's Rib Shack in CONYERS GEORGIA. Shane's in Conyers has the best fresh food , best staff with the best customer service. My husband and I enjoy the Shane's Rewards program on our Shane's Rib Shack App. Conyers store is a 20 the store in my area is a 5.

Moving from up north to the south and finding one of the best southern BBQ franchises was a GEM! The coleslaw was the cherry on top!!!!! I'm sadden to see that SHANE'S rib shack has replaced such an amazing tasting coleslaw with a knock off version. Highly disappointing. As I tried to get over the fact if maybe cost and other worldly factors caused the change, I can't get over the KFC thought that comes to mind every time I eat the new cold slaw. IDK if it's just me BUT bring the old recipe back!

This place is a no for me. The people are nice, but all I enjoyed was my sweet iced tea, toast, and onion rings. I ordered a Rib dinner and a bbq chicken sandwich. I don't like their sauce. The chicken was a bit dried out, the ribs were a little tough, and the coleslaw even tasted off. I do not recommend this place for good BBQ. Maybe their burgers and tenders are good? I'll never know as I won't be returning.

Just eh honestly. The ribs were glazed with a funny tasting sauce. The wings were yummy. The sides were not good, weird mac & cheese think Kraft but soggier and very cold salad.

My experience today was not so great. First they took out the soft cushioned chairs and put in low hardwood booths. Too uncomfortable and too low, hard to get out of if you have knee issues. They have gone up WAY TOO MUCH on their food, and down on quality. For 15.00, I got fries, small cole slaw and 2 SMALL tenders. I thought they had mistakenly given me a childs plate...NO, thats what it is now. My husband got a bbq sandwich and slaw, only. Another 15.00. And a smallcup of cobbler is 4.00. So 45.00 ( with tax) for such small portions. I won't be eating here again, and I have been for years.

Restaurant is clean and spacious! Ordered Togo wait wasn't long at all. customer service was pleasant. We ordered the chicken plate, shack sampler with a side of fried okra, macaroni cheese, baked beans and peach cobbler. Beans are delicious for our non meat eaters as well (very tasty) chicken was tender, pulled pork was said to be great as far as the pork ribs it was given a 3/5 given that the membrane was left on the back but never the less we enjoyed everything . I would give this location a 10/10 due to everything being considered.
