My visit tonight wasn't good. Placed order on app, arrived & checked in. Check-in was acknowledged on the stall screen. Then said 'Kevonia will be right out with your order"...Needless to say, she never came out. Then a young man came out, walked around & then went back in. My pick up time was 9:00pm, but I didn't get food until 9:22 after pushing button to check status of my order. I was Then told I have to come into the drive-thru lane to get food because they are short staffed...Chilli dog was smashed up & burger looked old & put together. Was told they had no onion rings that was part of order. Replaced with tots...staff at location are so unprofessional at times, but this is closest to my job. So I only ate the tots...Total waste of my time & money. Something has to be done at this location. On 138 in Conyers, GA across street from QT.

Last minute decision and I regret stopping there. It was 9pm on Sunday and the ice cream machine was down. I ordered a late dinner, The #1combo, it tasted old with too much mayo and ketchup. The store would only take drive through orders. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Typically it's fresh and hot. After trying to eat it I tossed it in the trash can. The cashier was complaining about another customer behind me,I don't think she realized that with the window open you could hear her conversations. I can only imagine what she said about me when I drove off. Maybe she didn't want to work that evening. Oh well last time visiting the Conyers location.I'm not bitter I just want good /pleasant service.Tony C.

This sonic never has anything. No slush, no meat, no bun, no sprite , nothing. Drive thru is the only thing that works, so the line is extra long. I’m actually writing this review while waiting in the dang line. Been here for 20 minutes so far.

This place needs a total cleanup from the outside to needing new management. They are always out of everything, and only the drive-thru works. The line is always long and the order is never right. We love Sonic but this one we will not go to until changes are made. I have tried multiple times with th last visit being the worst. Our burgers were cold with cold cheese and the drinks machine tasted like soda water.

I ordered via mobile app.I ordered a meal with a plain cheeseburger add mayo and ketchup.Then I ordered a plain cheeseburger extra pickle, light mustard and regular ketchup. I got a mustard sandwich with old nasty fries. I’m pregnant and this was my lunch. It’s sad really. Like a whole glob of mustard over a pile of pickles. Just gross they don’t have to worry about me anymore. Plus I tipped her a $1 which isn’t much but she didn’t take no order and she didn’t do anything but bring my food to the closet stall they had to the actually door.

It always takes forever. It seems like they have a whole bunch of kids working here or should I say playing here. They don’t take the job seriously, it’s no order or structure at this sonic
Food was hot and delicious! My dirty soda needed more cream and Kei had no problem adding more. She was so sweet and professional. I would go back just for her customer service!
