Mobile ordered ahead of time. Clicked the button on the stall and nobody replied on the stall for more than 20 mins before we gave up. Tried 2 different stalls in case the first wasn't working. We hopped in the drive through and waited another 15 mins and decided to just leave even though we couldn't cancel our mobile order.

Tonight I ordered 2 of the cheeseburger combos with tots and with milkshakes. The tomatoes were sliced so thin you could see through them. Very little lettuce. The tots were good, they were hot and crunchy. The burgers were cold. When I was handed the shakes, I asked if they shouldn’t have whipped cream on top (I told the young person that the shakes I purchased the day before were topped with whipped cream). The only answer I received was a shake of his head. Also, the outdoors lights are seldom on at night. We drove to the store this past Saturday night a few minutes after 9pm and there were no outside lights on, the sign was not lit. After my experience tonight I wonder if any of the employees want to work.

EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION THEY OUT OF SOMETHING. I live around the corner first it was they was out of ICECREAM the main reason ANYONE COMES TO SONIC, next day out of ICE, tonight we wanted the new blast that’s been advertised and they out of Oreos huh ? Okay cool so how about a snickers blast, we out of snickers smh WHY ARE THEY OPEN ! They never have ANYTHING why are they open EVERY NIGHT THEY HAVE NOTHING! and yes it was at around 7pm when i came so not to late. Who is the owner because them kids running that rodeo is NOT DOING WELL !

Waited 20 minutes to get told that the drive up kiosks are not being monitored although they say someone will be with you shortly. Lady that came to door was rude and unpleasant. Corporate definitely needs to visit this
We ordered 3 drinks during happy hour. Not only did we wait for 25 minutes for them, but one drink came completely without ice, one soda was completely flat, and they took our card for 5 minutes to process it inside because the kiosk didn’t ask for our payment.

I ordered food on DoorDash I received the wrong order I tried to get help from DoorDash they could not help the. After I called a few times the line has been busy all day. So I just lost 22$ for my breakfast because I don’t eat pork and they sent me a bacon cheeseburger when I paid for a double cheeseburger and tots not chilli cheese tots and French toast and a breakfast toaster I didn’t receive anything I ordered then I am a. Paraplegic so I can’t go up there they need to do better by answering their phone it’s not fair that I’m out of 22$ and still hungry
