Hi! If you’re going to this Starbucks just know they have terrible customer service…not all the time, but usually when this one guy, white, gay and ginger or brown hair is at the register is when there’s the worst customer service…he is very rude and not helpful at all, aswell as sometimes they overprice a drink that wasn’t that much at first or at a different Starbucks. Overall the customer service here ruins it for me pretty much, he dang near threw my receipt at me and was extremely rude and up tight the whole time..

I do not normally leave a review unless it’s something spectacular. I’ve been coming to this Target for years and I always start my trip at Starbucks. I have been consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by two outstanding employees, Nandi and Tyler. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor have been the primary reasons for my continued patronage. I often visit in the evenings, and I must admit, the overall staff experience can be a bit underwhelming when Nandi and Tyler are not present. Their absence is notably felt, enough that I leave if they’re not there.

look. honestly i wanna say screw starbucks all around. ive always gotten my black coffee for free using my 100 stars on the app. i still ended up walking away paying 8$ for my supposed to be FREE coffee - i gave in because it looked like the lady at register was getting a little irritated so i just said whatever , paid for it and continue to wait for my drink. now at this point its starbucks that has made me upset NOT the employees because they cant control the app. However - i get my drink , continue on about my day. i open my cup when i get in the car - the barista put a whole bunch of oil in drink aswell as coffee grounds. so all in all - i wouldnt even bother. either go to a good starbucks or just go make coffee at home. STARBUCKS IS NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE. paying 8$ for my coffee i spend 100 srars on that told me IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE !!!! i pray everyone who walks in that target sees and reads my review. absolutely disgusting. if i could give 0 stars i would. but sadly im forced to give atleast one.

Our reward app didn’t scan today so I wanted to cancel my order while I was rung up before I got my receipt the female barista said she’ll cancel and refund the order after to take care of the line first. Instead of refunding our order another male barista called the female target manager that was very rude yelling this is target while pointing around if you want Starbucks reward you have to go to Starbucks not Target. I showed her that I have ordered here over 30 times and do get the rewards. But she wouldn’t allow a refund even though the barista had already canceled the order to be made and never received my order or a refund and had to just walk out because the manager was very hostile. I just wanted my reward points if it didn’t scan then no problem just cancel my order I’m still at the register why get a Target manager that obviously didn’t know how Starbucks is operated and I acted like I was trying to steal something when all I wanted was to just refund my card because I did not receive my order.

I wish I remembered the barista’s name, I believe it was Jenna —she had dark straight hair and a small tattoo on her left arm… She was working with just another girl so she took our order (April 17, 3:11pm) and HOLY COW THESE ARE THE BEST COFFEES I’VE HAD IN STARBUCKS IN A LONG TIME! I had a Java Chip Frap (my usual) and my mom had a Caramel Ribbon Frab, they were so creamy and delicious… I believe Jenna started them and the other girl finished them and maybe they work magic as a team but honestly these fraps were something else… Best fraps I’ve had in Starbucks in a LONG time.

Two younger employees (male and female) that were working this morning were very nice to all customers that came in line. They were also swift with getting orders out. I’m all about customer service and they get an A+.

It’s in Target. But it’s worth the stop. I would rather come here than go to the actual location. Service is great and quick.

Everyone is always so nice, it’s a really busy one but it moves fast. Whoever was doing mobile orders today was really lovely and helpful, I wish I caught his name because he deserves a raise. Thank y’all!!

This will be my last visit to any Starbucks. Any Starbucks! I have always ordered venti Coffee Frappuccino, no whip. Years ago the drink would be medium to dark brown. Recently the drink comes out looking like a milk Frappuccino with a touch of coffee. I have questioned this, complained, added an espresso shot with no change. I am going to stick with McDonalds Frappe and making home made Frappuccino.
