I’ve been to this location several times; the atmosphere is lovely however each visit the service is very slow(both the drive thru and indoor). Typically I wait nothing less than 30 minutes and I don’t mind, but if you are in a rush I would not recommend going to this store. I wish they had adequate staffing to help with wait times.

The new setup is easier on the eyes but not an easy atmosphere to get anything done. The baristas are still amazing and helpful but management is lacking since before the reopening. The areas are mostly always clean and the drive thru time is significantly less than before.

I got a drink at this location today, upon leaving I realized the drink’s consistency was slightly different. It was very liquidy and that isn’t that normal consistency. After drinking the drink my head started to literally pound, I became nauseas and just extremely sick. I am currently still in bed, I feel terrible. I don’t know what they did different but whatever it was it has me so sick I can’t even get up I’m dizzy. I will never trust this location again!

The only reason I’m giving this place a 3 star rate is because the staff is really nice but this location is not open at 5:30am I would have loved some coffee before my 6am shift. I saw staff in there but the drove through was blocked off. They should change the open time because no one is getting coffee at 5:30 AM

Best Starbucks in Conyers: 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The baristas at this location are friendly and willing to correct any mistakes. However, my order is rarely if ever incorrect. A big positive for this location is the baristas ability to handle a large volume costumers with a relatively low wait time and yet still get everyone’s orders correct. The baristas also go the extra mile to get to know the community. Many of them know my name and my order! Also, if you want to try something different, the baristas are willing to help!This is just truly one of the best Starbucks locations I have ever visited, and as a top star earner I have been to A LOT of locations in various cities and states!

My boyfriend ordered his coffee at 5:30 on his app this morning. He stopped to pick up his coffee at 5:40. He was told that they weren’t making hot coffee at that particular time. Ridiculous!!! This is the 2nd time he has been told this Luckily they refunded his money on the app.

Only the drive thru is open. You don’t know this until you park and attempt to walk in. There should be a sign at the entrance. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks and there were only 3 people in front of us.

This is not the best Starbucks I've been to, which was disappointing. I don't know what they did differently with my frappe but it just did not taste good at all.Parking: The parking lot is very congested. You might as well wait in line at the drivethru because you have to stay in line until you can get to a parking space.
