Never going there again!! Every subway I've been too has an option of a microwave or oven. They had no microwave, one employee said they have one but it's not for the customers...They also only had only 2 cheese options, neither of them I liked so I had to settle for American cheese and lastly they were so sloww it took them 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches!!! One employee even knocked all our toppings off sandwich..didn't even apologized or acknowledge that she did it. She just tried to put them bck on quickly. They had no public bathroom. They watched me walked to bathroom and didnt say anything and lastly the line behind us was so long of 8 ppl, 4 ppl walked out angry after waiting for over 25 minutes then at checkout it took the employee 15 minutes to check us out. Was in there for over 45 minutes for 2 SANDWICHES!! They were even out of macadamine nut cookies, so I had to settle for oatmeal and The cookies with my meal was horrible. They were hard and old. dont recommend going it's a waste of time. The sandwiches wasnt even good without the provolone cheese and having to warm it up yourself at home. Sandwich was a 2 out of ten. They had no microwave, no cheese, no public bathroom, no bottle sodas, and no macadamia nut cookies. WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!

I can’t believe that when I ordered a “Chicken Bacon and Ranch” sub that my Bacon was completely RAW!!! He literally placed uncooked Bacon on my sandwich. I was beyond disgusted. SUBWAY YOU HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER!

They opened a bag of mayo and put a .25 inch slab of mayo on it I got 3 tomatoes for a foot long 2 banana peppers and 3 jalapenos

The slowest employees ever worked here today!! It felt like they were moving in slow motion. They had a long line and acted like we were not in a rush. I came on my lunch break wearing scrubs. Even putting on their gloves took forever. When one employee was done checking out she ignored me when I was next and when I asked her if she was ready for me she said no. That she had to get the bread that was not even ready out the oven. The whole process took them forever. Also, they were out of almost all the fountain drinks and put the wrong cheese on my sub.

Very poor management.. how do you have a new employee running your store and not have him set up for success... Came in to get dinner but had to leave since they had no meats except ham... The man could only make ham sandwiches... Not a subway I would want to come back to. If this is how management wants to run their store then I'm not going to contribute to their salary.. nor the owners pocket .. real changes need to be made fast.

Location is not the best, but still decent. Service is great and sandwiches are well prepared. (They are not stingy!) Found out Speedy moved to this location so I know I can trust her with my food. Online orders are on the slow side so need to order ahead with extra time. (Only two people most of the time; three should be a good minimum). Big space for dine in and comfortable atmosphere.

So I'll say this, IF YOU ARE SHORT STAFF, Don't take online orders!! It's RUDE and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you have a line of customers at lunchtime, one worker why would he be working on 2 sandwiches for imaginary customers while the ones in front of him wait?? Like let's use common sense!

Do not order online. I was picking up my daughter's order for lunch that I ordered online. Well they were out of chicken and looked like more stuff... I get there, no refund. These subs are too expensive to not give refunds. I had to pick something else, well because of our diet, all they had was a salad. She gave me the smaller container there . The clerk could not do anything else and no manager was there. It was 11:00 AM. I won't be doing that again. Im thinking of reporting to BBB because she could have called me as me as I was already late.i contacted store through app but not even an apology.
