I stopped to get sandwiches for 4 of us, when we got home and took a bite there was so little meat on each one it was pathetic. I thought I'd give them a try since they reopened, a mistake I won't make again.

I personally like this Subway based on my experience since the remodeling and new staffing:This location has always been easily accessible to me.The food has always been good and well stocked.The facility has always been in kept decent condition.I still get acknowledged and pleasantly greeted when I go.I'm still able to get in and out with little to no issues.

I ordered a tuna sub online. My husband stopped by on his way home from work and picked it up. When he arrived they hadn’t even started making the sandwich. When I received the sub, it was apparent that they had only put one scoop of tuna on a foot long sub and smeared it and added the toppings. The sub was light as a feather.I called and spoke to the manager about it and she lied and said that she made the sub and added the right amount of tuna. My husband said that a man made the sub while he was standing there looking at him and she kept lying and telling me that she made it. She wasn’t concerned that I was displeased. I told her that I’d never buy from her shop again. Her response was “ok.” She in no way tried to make it right.There are other Subway shops in Conyers, hopefully this management team has nothing to do with the other shops. I’ll buy my subs from the other shops.

Went it a few weeks ago had different owners they had just mopped I dnt know what was in the mop water but didn't smell like no kinda cleaning a floor agent at all the lady n man was nice that day but we brought two sandwiches one ham n one turkey n ham didn't even taste the meat at all n the lettuce was old so I'm like I should try there again buy before I get a chance to give it another shot..me doing door dash was a gift from the heavens.. I went in there today n they was still working on my dash n the lady bad customer service showed she had an horrible attitude with me plus they rest room was out of service no restroom in a restaurant is crazy won't be ever ever going back

Went to here to get my senior citizen parents dinner because that's what they requested and I was turned away at 8:42pm and was told they are closed when they aren't supposed to close until 9pm. Thanks alot Subway & y'all subpar employees l.

Sandwich was very dry employee or apparently manager was rude to me all I asked was for it to be fixed she said that would be a waste of money for them. She then ignored my request until my 5th time asking. I also asked for the HR franchise number as well as who the owner was and she gave me the stores phone number trying to be funny. I call and hear the sandwich line so I knew it was her so I asked is this Hr she picked and said yes this is I said was this the associate who just dealt with my sandwich rudely she says I wasn’t rude I mean why lie and claim your hr that’s very misleading and strange to claim that position when I just saw you behind the sandwich bar..this location needs NEW MANAGEMENT asap.

My experience was amazing! The sandwiches were made great & the customer service was great as well. Skyler & Nicki behind the counter were nice, knew what they were doing, and got everyones order done in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend.

Reoccurring “mobile orders only” sign on the door throughout the week. Such an inconvenience and waste of gas and time. Not ideal for the subway chain either.

Worst subway that I’ve experienced. No one had a uniform on, employees were eating food while making sandwiches, employees were talking to each other and cussing in front of customers. Some employees had headphones on their head. All on top of taking very long to prepare food. 100% do not recommend
