Visited this location on 2/7. The employees were awesome. Even when they forgot 1 thing and i went back to get it, no issues.I'm Not sure if it's a cleanliness issue, but by the middle of the night, my entire family was violently ill. Into the entire day of Thursday.I just wanted the location to be aware as I unable to submit on website/app.

Everything is good about this location I can't find anything wrong with it.
Ordered takeout 12 Tacos, got home and they were not good to eat. Either they had stale shells or old rancid oil to cook shells. Had to throw them away. Talked with the so called manager and all she said was she was sorry. No effort to make it right. I will never go there again.

The restrooms are always nasty, since everything is empty(no soap/paper towels), I rarely use them.And they rarely have TEA that taste good.But, they do a decent job getting my food correct.

poor service, eric pick and chooses what employees she allows to wear a uniform. They have roaches, AND they are rude as hell!! Managers clock in at 4am and leave stealing time. They make associates stay longer all because they may be running late. A unprofessional silly group of

Poor service, slow. My complaint carries 2 issues. The food prep was bad. I ordered 4 hard shell tacos. All of the bottoms were stuck to the wrapping paper to the degree that when you tried to pick up the taco, the entire bottom fell apart. 3 times over the next 2 weeks, I ordered tacos with the same result, stuck to the paper, and crumbled when you picked it up. Thus, 2 issues, bad food, bad preparation. Add to that bad service. My advice is to keep driving south on Salem to Brown Bridge Rd and stop at the Taco Bell there.

I'm torn about posting this. Upon my visit I believe from a customer standpoint, this establishment FAILED today. The pictures say only a portion of my experience. Y'all punked me with the high score. Just someone, call me and explain to me what happened.You weren't busy, and I wasn't greeted.Uncleaned restroom, sticky dining room counter and floor, a leaky ceiling with no customer floor warning. Why was my Taco meat watery? Did you run out of meat, or did it not reach temp? Were these tacos sitting in the rack from a canceled order, and y'all said Damn the waste? Cause my shells were broken, soggy, and sticking to the wrapper. Why are you charging $0.70-0.80 for extra tomatoes or sour cream when you don't put them on in the 1st place? I guess I'm back to packing homemade lunches. You ain't gotta yell. I get it. You not in a brick and mortar establishment to earn My Business!
Trash! A worker at this location stole my mobile order, manager just played dumb, so I reported it on the phone app and still no refund or nothing... Just steal peoples money and nothing, what if that was all the money I had left to my name?? Smdh

Literally waited in line for my lunch break and no one ever came. I stayed about 20 mins it was 2pm. I had a mobile ordering, I’m hoping I’ll get it refunded because this was absolutely ridiculous.
