Was very busy when I ordered online. Was a bit of a wait for my food but the gentleman attending the Togo area was efficient and friendly. I love going here despite living an hour away cause the food always hits right. I definitely recommend ordering ahead cause sometimes the place is
Second time is a charm. The 1st visit to this location was not the best. However i felt they deserved a second chance and it was well worth it. Food seasoned i tried the fillet whiting combo and it was perfect. My wife had crab legs of course and she said it was very well seasoned. This location is in Conyers Ga. The Augusta Ga, Juicy crab need to follow there lead. They have there own products and it is alot more spacious. ???? I will be back with more people to experience the Juicy.Still A+ best JC in GA.

If you're closing time is 10:00 on the website it needs to be that. I had a Five people with me we came at 9:20 asked if we could be seated one of the helpers said NO we're closed. False advertising PLEASE change your

The crowd bowl is excellent. The service was very good.
Do not waste your money on this ghetto establishment. The cooks cook my food wrong to turn around and insult my intelligence as if I’m a liar and take my food back to the back and do whatever they wanted with it, to bring it back to me with five shrimp saying that this was a half of pound of shrimp . When I asked the waiter, why my food was being took to the back, she says the owner wanted to look at it to ensure that they got our order wrong. I have never been so upset at a restaurant in my life especially since this was my first time at any juicy crab. I will never ever go to any juicy crab as long as I am alive!!!! I will be contacting corporate because I’m pretty sure they will be displeased knowing a franchise of theirs is handling business in this manner!!!!!!! Google should definitely insert a zero star because I would give this place just that!

Horrible customer service. Waited for 15 minutes at the greeting desk without so much as a, "Hello, we'll be with you shortly" from the many staff members who walked by or made eye contact with me while I waited patiently. I had shrimp and crab legs with corn and potatoes. It was oily and salty. Total waste of money! ?
