Came in on Thursday 4/4 around 6:47pm & The young lady who took my order (who also seemed to be on the food station) wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed.As soon as a large party left the store she started Using Profanity, Cursing and complaining. Not sure if she realized I was still in the store but she was Cursing About The Previous Guest Who Didn’t Come Up Fast Enough To Retrieve Their Smoothies When She Didn’t Bother To Announce To ANYONE that their smoothie was ready & who belonged to who. So sad that this took place.

As a former leader before I was unfortunately terminated by the GM I would say I really like the job I could very well manage the store better than the GM William Robinson I dedicated my time energy and it all was terminated over an ego first off I was not properly trained good thing I'm a fast learner and I have leadership skills and have over 10 years of customer service which is important and I know how to communicate I believe and also think that the Gm was in competition with me he was so busy trying to make friends abusing his power by talking to his employees about leadership matters dividing the team and subconsciously putting one another against each other people have left because not only does he not communicate he also is very rude shady and shown himself to not be worthy of any leadership definitely not a GM he needs is to be trained on how to be humble communicate and have a interest in his customers with empathy as well as his team he would assign me duties then go back and refute what I tried to establish with the employees where I was not respected he would allow the employees to come in when they felt would not communicate with leadership the cash drawer was always over so I believe that MAYBE stealing was going on I was not introduced as a leader I had to introduce myself through group me he would allow the employees to talk with him without them doing work he put alot of duties and responsibilities on me and i was not a asst manager so I started to have a issue with what he was allowing I had an incident with another lead where she was very rude Nidia and he took her side but witness her giving me attitude where I professionally addressed her and set her straight once everything became overwhelming for me I addressed it to him via text and he fired me and sent me a termination paper upon my request stating I was going to give him a date when I was going to resign but he fired me the same day and he also stated the incident that happened where I was very unprofessional to Nidia which was a lie and when I tried to confront him about the lie he block me honestly he needs to be fired immediately every time he wanted to talk to me I told him the truth and he would get angry behind it he doesn't deal with the customers he has attitude towards them and honestly I need to talk to the owner because it's so much more I will not disclose here however the food is great if I was still working there I would train the employees on how to properly make the smoothies and food so depending on who's there you may not want to waste your time or money there because you won't be satisfied and the customer service is not on point honestly I would keep some employees and clean house including Nidia and William and retrain everyone again now Tyler and Ronique are good leaders very sweet and I never had any issues with them but when you have a narcissistic person in power it causes division I am waiting for my check and if it's $1 off I will sue and another thing I can't access my check stubs only the GM and I don't like that at all however I would advise whoever is consider applying to this job DONT! pretty sad I was terminated but life goes on I am thankful I had a job already in the works GOD is amazing and I'm forever blessed so clearly I was never the issue but I am very thankful for the opportunity nevertheless

Sitting in front of Tropical Smoothie waiting for them to open. It is 7am and no one is here. This is my second time coming and this has happened. I have to be at work at 8am. I will never ever come back in the mornings again. This is bad business.P.S Smoothie King was open and ready to serve.

The food was good except the apple kale salad. The Apple pieces were brown, it was warm and tasted a bit spoiled. The wait time was a bit longer than i expected. I understand things are made to order, but so is Taco Bell and almost all the customers were aggravated to have to wait 20-30 minutes. I’m very patient for the most part but I think it could be a little more fast paced. If the receipt shows exactly what items are listed and placed with the orders, why are things still missing? Lastly, if you’re going to employ teens you should have at least one level headed adult working with them to guide and help them understand the importance of good customer service. Not one smiled/greeted customers as they and I walked in. It took 5 minutes for someone to finally speak to me. The stars i gave was mainly for the wrap and açaí bowl. If you don’t already, maybe take a day to do refresher training or quick meetings before the shift starts. Most importantly, please invest in your employees… pay them more, appreciate them more. I’m sure it would help. Those babies look miserable.

I have been to this location about 4 times. My bowl is usually SPOT ON! Each time though I will say the customer service is sub par. It’s like kids that don’t really want to be there and they have no customer service. Super disappointing cuz I love his place . They don’t greet or smile. Once girl called the name of the customer to pick up his food and because he didn’t hear her whisper of a call she left it o the counter and walked off. Like huh? The last time I ordered they gave me an old bowl that was missing ingredients and melted. I going to call it up to it being a bad day but come on. I been in the service industry for over 14 years so I know how this goes but customer service goes a long way especially when we are spending out hard earned money .

We ordered 3 smoothies today all different flavors and each one tasted more like ice than juice. Such a disappointment. I have had them from other locations and never had an experience where the juice flavors were drowned out by so much ice. I can normally taste the flavors of the juice but NOT this location.

I’m so disappointed! I came in 12/18 8am after work expecting to have a nice breakfast and smoothie. Unfortunately upon arrival I was not greeted at all! After waiting 5 minutes of being ignored I left. This is so unfortunate and unacceptable!!! I will not be returning and I hope everyone else takes their hard earned money elsewhere.
