Tonight was a great night. I watched one female cook handle 8 diners ( my family of 6 included) plus 3 to go orders and she did it gracefully! Great service!

We took our seats and the waitress quickly brought us a cup of coffee. Then she disappeared. I immediately noticed the imprint of red lipstick at the top of my cup. I took several napkins and repeatedly wiped the smudge away. I decided not to complain. The waitress brought our food and hurried away. I noticed a hair just beneath my hashbrowns. The long, black hair extended through the hashbrowns over to the eggs on the opposite side of the plate. Without saying a word, I lifted my plate, took it to the front and handed it to the waitress. She brought me another meal and only said, "Sorry 'bout that." I can assure you that I will never return to that location, and it may be quite some time before I want to try Waffle House again. Totally unacceptable.

Our waitress was alex and she acted like she didn’t want to do her job at all ( night shift) the manger was very sweet but our waitress acted like everything was an issue. Drink machine was giving out carbonated water so didn’t have anything to drink because the tea tasted like it was sitting all day. food wasn’t that great either!

Had a bad experience here. I ordered my food on-line and came to pick up my food 20 minutes later. When I got there someone was placing a to go order. The waitress was telling the cook to go ahead and start my on line order . He said - No, I’m going to work start with the order that was just placed. We already behind. I asked her did he just say he was not going to cook my food first. She said yes and that she’d told him that was not right. I asked for a refund and now have to wait 2-3 days to see the refund. This is unacceptable and not good customer service. I will definitely not go back. Poor service and attitude .

I paid for my dad’s order . Waited . Waited . Waited . Customers came in , placed an order , and actually got their orders before I did. My dad’s order was sitting on the counter . I’ve waited . Waited . It took forever just to get his order . If the workers paid attention and tend to customers and instead of having a conversation amongst themselves , I’m pretty sure their ratings would’ve been higher. If you don’t mind the long wait and being ignored by the workers then go for it . This is my last time at this establishment.

Came in the other other day and was assisted by Destini,me and my daughter came in to eat breakfast and noticed a waffle just sitting on the counter so about 10mins later I get up took my daughter to wash her hands,came right back all of a sudden that same waffle was on our table,so i went to feel it,of course it was cold,so i asked was this the same waffle that had been sitting on the counter she just gave me this dumb look grabbed it and threw it in the trash,yal really thought we was dumb like we wasn't going to notice food that's cooked to order was somehow cold
