I had some missing items on my order and when I called, no one would answer. I called four different times it just kept ringing and ringing and ringing making small mistakes. Leaving items out is only human but not answering. Your phones is bad business.

Wendy's are making their single burgers no bigger than a jr smaller burger. The singles used to considerably larger than they are now.

Horrible, old, cold food that wasn’t even fit for a dog to eat. I literally wasted $10.27 on some food that wasn’t even edible after taking a bite. I literally live less than ten minutes from this location and I’m 38 hot that I wasted my time and money on this foolishness! Never again!

I went to Wendy’s on March 17th for lunch break. The cashier Tyerrah just did not want to be there. That is fine with me. I get it. Not everyone wants a job. I asked for a refund. She said “I been calling y’all this whole time”. I said calmly that I had to go back to work and I want my refund. She said just move to the side and I’ll do it later. It has been a while since she’s addressed me and she has been taking multiple orders instead of giving me my refund. I also noticed she had been messing orders up that had been taken after mine . The order was placed at 1:59. It is currently 2:31 and I still have been waiting at the front to receive my refund. I have the receipt ,cup , what more should I provide? I don’t understand why she would be the first face to see if she does not want to be there. ALSO she is very much pregnant so to follow me to my car to yell at me about leaving a cup at the counter is very dangerous. “ NEXT TIME THROW THE CUP AWAY !” She yelled in the restaurant at 3:00 about a cup being on the counter. Yelled in front of the other customers that were dining in. I left the cup and the receipt on the counter (picture below) so I could get my FULL refund. The manager did not excuse her behavior and let this very pregnant girl follow me to my car to continue yelling. Very dangerous situation had I been afraid for my life. I feel sorry for her honestly. Next time have some professionalism at your job. The cup wouldn’t have been there if the tea had been restocked in the first place it was 2pm. Why was there no tea ?? None of this would’ve happened if she knew how to do her job. Following me outside was the icing on the cake. Tyerrah do your job and get the orders accurately so you’ll be able to avoid as many problems as I saw today within the hour I sat there waiting on the refund. Just 12 dollars and 60 cent. I was never rude not once. I guess she was triggered into having to do her job . But I will be calling corporate as soon as they open. Her behavior, work ethic , and attitude were unacceptable. I’ll make sure she is held accountable for her actions since she wanted to make a scene. I hope the next person she follows outside gives her the exact reaction she’s looking for. You would think she would want to be safe considering she’s carrying a child. But you can’t teach common sense.

The service is terrible. The manager has a terrible attitude. The speaker to order in the drive thru doesn’t work. There aren’t any signs to which window you order at. They act as if you should know. They are a big inconvenience. I would never eat there again. The food was not fresh.

Customer Service was good and the service was very fast and the food was fresh. I had to compliment the manager on duty about the job that she was doing in this location today. The location on 20 in conyers can take some tips from the Dogwood location. I will definitely visit this location again.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing. Asked for a frosty. They said machine was already broken down. This is a food service establishment. If I walked into a sit down restaurant 30 minutes before they closed they would not turn me away. I asked to speak the the manager, never came to the window and then the employee working the window proceeded to be rude to me and shut the window. I use to be a restaurant manager, I would never go to this Wendy’s again. No customer service what so ever.

My mother and I ordered food and at inside to eat. We were the only ones inside and the whole time trying to eat, the workers were loud, cussing and airing out their business like that's what we came here for. HORRIBLE!

Upon arrival at the drive thru, a sign stated the coke machine was down. The order was taken in an ok manner, not in very polished way, quite rushed and not inviting. These 2 things should have been my sign to leave. The food came out in a timely manner. The drink was iced down 75-80% of the cup content.Upon receiving the food I asked for a condiment. The adjunct attendant stated it would be 25cent. I paid $11 for a meal to no even be allowed any condiments. Upon trying to pay she stated no cards and exact change only!What about the customer experience?Is 0.25 really the cost of the condiment? If so that may be the cost that prevent’s customers from returning.I tried to reach the store owner. I was hung up on.I’ll never eat here or allow my employees to furnish business to this place. This owner might need to take notes from the chicken sandwich place known for it’s customer service! Meals cost more and their registers make more!

Unreliable for the most part. I ordered through Doordash for a friend and once they got their order, the receipt was correct but the items in the bag were wrong. I then spent an hour and a half calling them to see if we can get it fixed and never got answered once, just always left to ring until it ends. Wouldn't recommend them.
