Customer service is always a challenge at this facility. The staff is very young and does not greet or say thank you. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Mgr needs to train on common courtesy. The food is usually cooked well and the order is complete.

This location needs all new staff and management. I purchased a biggie bag and a fish sandwich. Everything was overcooked, hard and the hamburger had enough mayo to swim in. The fish sandwich was hard as a rock even though it was the second one that I requested because the first one was hard as a brick. The guy who was taking the trash out came inside and was putting food in the fryer. I hope that the health department visits them soon. I will never return to this location ???

Ordered two Jr. Cheese Deluxe' - they had pickles A BUNCH OF MUSTARD and KETCHUP - bun was stale. The Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe is ONLY supposed to have Mayo, Lettuce, Onion and Tomato. Sad that the employees don't even know what go on certain sandwiches. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

I usually go to the Wendy's on 278 in Covington. I decided to stop by the Conyers location and I was highly disappointed. The food was not fresh and the bacon double stack I ordered didn't have bacon. The sandwich was slopped together. The quality of food from one establishment was so different. I went back through the drive thru to have them remake the meals and again the sandwich was sloppy with no bacon. For the 3rd time I had them remake the sandwich and I checked it before pulling off. The sandwich was still subpar compared the standards of the Wendy's in Covington that I frequent. I will never come back to this location. Would not recommend!!!
