Placed an order at this location for ranch wings and received fried wings. Called back to tell them my concern. It was stated it's a little ranch on the wings you can get more powerful flavor with garlic ranch.This is not the first time I came to this location for ranch wing. I come often so I know how you guys make your ranch wings however it will be the last. Be careful if you ordering ranch wings cause you are going to end up with fried wings.

I ordered the fish, it still had the skin on, was over cooked, the bread was burned.This meal is not fit for human consumption.Did'nt want to go back out again or I would have returned this so called meal, its now in my yard, maybe some animal can find some fish among the burned breading.Will never waste money on this place again.

I placed a call in order for a beef Philly meal and a chicken Philly meal for myself and my mother. Get home and was given two beef meals my mom is allergic to beef. Called the restaurant and the young lady was argumentative about what I received so I drove back to restaurant the hovered over the plate and refused to refund/remake the order I will NOT eat again from this establishment.

Been eating you guys wings for years, absolutely my only and favorite wing place . Spend anywhere between 70 bucks to the higher end of 200 during football season because we have a huge family and host a lot.Unfortunately I will not be back . Ordered mild wings yesterday, wing sauce wasn’t the same . Called the store and sure enough you changed the mild sauce. I don’t understand , why change perfection.

Customer service was good. Restaurant was clean. But I had to give the wings 2 stars.The chicken tasted ok...the sauce was good...but the size of the wings are SUPER TINY! Are we eating chicken or quail?? I really want to know! I won't buy wings from there again.*UPDATE*In response to the franchises' response: Most wing eaters do prefer a smaller wing compared to the big or even some medium sized wings. The wings you served me to day were TINY. Not small, TINY. I have been coming to your store for years and this was the first time I've ever been taken aback by how small these wings were. I'm sorry but I will go to touchdown wings from now on. Their wings are not big, not small, but just right. But they are a $1.25 more than your wing combo. I understand about the supplier. This isn't a personal jab against you or anyone who works there, personally. I do food reviews. And this is your review from a completely bias position.
Came back to lower my rating after 3 years! I ordered through Doordash for a pickup and when my husband got there, they acted like they didn't know what was going on. Apparently, they never "pulled" the order so my husband had to wait for them to cook the food!! They didn't apologize for the inconvenience nor did they offer a complimentary drink. The new management lacks customer service skills!!

Could have been better, cashier act like she had an attitude, look like they threw half the bottle of seasoning on my fries, keeping the wings but the fries definitely trash. Wish I could had a picture of the mess. Disappointment.

Ordered 3 combos, non of the fries were seasonedOne of the combos was a mushroom burger PLAIN, the guy asked twice I kept saying no nothing on it plain meat cheese, nothing else!This was for my autistic son who absolutely will not eat something even if you pick stuff off. The burget still had ketcup mustard pickles lettuce onions tomatos. Took it off of course he can still taste it. Its ruined it he wont eat it now.Wings I asked for crispy they were soggy.Complete waste of time and money
