The Wingstop employee who cooked these wings should be ashamed to even put these in a box to be delivered and put out to a customer! I ordered two ten piece meals and a six piece meal. The employee must’ve thought by adding a few extra wings in the basket would make everything okay, absolutely not!! EVERY piece of wing in the meals were extremely HARD, DRY and no taste. I think they possibly recooked the wings or they been sitting out ALL DAY. This is insanity. I am shook. This employee thought a customer would not pull up and throw these back in their face and get a full refund. The total cost of these meals were entirely too high to be inedible!! This is very very UNACCEPTABLE and unfortunate. This location is going under because this is not the first time they tried it.

We spend almost 40 dollars in the food was really disappointing our order got delay another 45 minutes and out wings were very tiny like birds wings and our fries half of them under cook the other half burn I ask for bbq honey and lemon pepper only got lemon pepper I will never go back .

I'm not sure what the hype is about Wing Stop. The food was okay at best, this restaurant was dirty and smelled of old grease and the service is fair. I assume the cashier hates her job, at least, that is how she appeared, but the kitchen staff and manager were polite. The food was hot, but I didn't get the hype. I had the tender combo. The fries were bland and lacked any flavor. The tenders are a great size and taste but over hyped on social media. I also tried the corn, and it, too, is over hyped. The ranch was amazing and made the meal edible. All this to say, I'm glad I tried it, but I will not be back.

I ordered food here last Sunday 12/10 and it was awful. No sauce on the chicken at all you could still see the breading. The fries were a large and the box was not full and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out a while. Very bad experience last weekend. I won't be ordering again in the future.

Against our better judgment we have Wingstop a shot. Well they actually lived up to their behavior. Our fries were thrown in the bag in a "fry boat" with no cover, so more than half the fries emptied into the bag. She got the wings and I got the boneless wings, I literally had a sprinkle of lemon pepper sauce on my order and she requested extra seasoning which they failed to include in the order.I will say that the young lady at the counter was very enthusiastic and personable, but whomever is back in the kitchen needs to be retrained. A few things to consider when visiting this location, don't have super high expectations, don't be surprised if your order isn't correct and try to ignore all of the random soda machine syrup on the dispenser (yuck) clearly housekeeping isn't a priority at this location either. My intent isn't to bash this location, just leave come feedback with the hopes that they cure some of the issues stated in many of the reviews.

Just made an online purchase today, went in store for pickup and requested ranch. Young man said $2. For a small ranch. Don’t even have to pay that at a regular wing spot. This place is over rated.
