I tried this place with a group from work for a sit down dinnerWe were pleased with our waitress and our food. When we were at the counter about to pay, that's when we learn that the owner charges $.75 water and ice. I go in today for a take-out order to learn the owner charges $1.00 for take-out orders. What the hell?
Been here a few times. Usually great food. Last night we had 3 plates of nachos. They were really bad. Soggy just meat cheese lettuce and avocado. Bottom of the pile was liquid. Owner said its because they use liquid cheese. I say it's because there was watery something on the plate. Not sure what. If you go steer away from the nachos

What can I say, I like Mexican food. I had been in Cordele for nearly a week of what was supposed to be 3 days max, and decided to reward myself for my final night in town.First impressions were that the owner hadn't updated the interior since the 70s. It didn't even feel like a Mexican dive restaurant, just an old restaurant that the owner doesn't care about anymore.It wasn't busy when I was there and I was seated quickly.
