She ordered the gorditas one of sheared beef and the nopales I tasted both but the beef gordita was better for me she liked both. I got the caldo de res beef soup it came with hand made tortillas it needed a little more taste for me but very good overall. This is a small hole in the wall place. There isn't a lot of seating so I'm guessing most people take their food to go. Food is affordable and pretty good becuase it's authentic. Will definitely come back.

Probably of the best authentic Mexican food I've ever had. Don't let the patina of the building scare you off, it's a great place. They also have lots of unique drinks, and a little candy section for kids in the front. A great place, and love what they are doing. Oh and another nice touch was the beef burrito was made with shredded beef, not ground.
