The exercise classes are super fun, and you will get a great workout. They offer a variety of healthy shakes, crepes, waffles, teas and snacks. I have been attending the exercise classes since January 2022 and I have lost 50+ pounds!! Give this place a try, you will not regret it!!!

Just happen to see this place, next to The Store, and decided to try one of their energizing teas... and needless to say my wife and I shared a Pina colada and for 8$ "1-13-23 " rate definitely worth the moneyParking: Parking lot is shared with "The Store Cornelia" which gets and stays busyWheelchair accessibility: Flat area in parking ,, maybe 1 step up, can't remember if it's sloped or not

The food is okay, but it used to be better. I don't know if it's new management or what but they have went way downhill. The servers (honestly all employees) are so rude and they never return after bringing your food. We had dinner there today and it was the worst service I believe that I have ever experienced here and elsewhere. The young lady literally jerked my daughter's cup from in front of her when I asked for refills. I had to get up and walk over to where they were all standing to get their attention. Portions are very inconsistent as well. We will not be returning as this type of service is the normal now.
