We just ate at this Longhorn. Tyler was our waiter. He was fabulous. The ribeye steaks were really good. We added mushrooms had $2.99 Beers... Great food, All staff was super nice, friendly and very attentive and the place was so clean. Five star experience in a chain restaurant :)

These people can't even make a Pittsburgh rare steak and they call themselves a steakhouse? I told them I wanted a rare steak with char on the outside, it did not even have grill marks on it. The server however was as accommodating as he could be under the circumstances and I have no complaint about the service. The only reason I did not tell him to take the steak away and walked out was so that my wife could eat her meal in peace.

They were able to successfully adapt to the situation and continue operations. Good teamwork to keep the employees working and customers satisfied.
