2024 review:Don't use the McDonalds app here. They won't run your order until you are in the building and behind 6 other orders.Entire kitchen is ran by underage teens, if you place a mobile order, they will not prioritize you. Be prepared to wait an extra 15 minutes for 2 items I ordered ahead of arriving while people walking in get their food immediately.Go elsewhere. Not worth it.

The menu has no gluten free options, service was burnt out, and the fries ordered were dry, overcooked (refried multiple times), and the chocolate shake tasted like it was mixed with another flavor.Dietary restrictions: Avoid all McDonald's if you are gluten free. Thought i would give it a try, but its terrible.

Not very happy with this restaurant pulled in there at 12:40 at night says they close at one lady hanging out the window speaking with someone in the car. Hollered at me said we’re closed that is not a way to do business. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager. I understand this is a job and everyone wants to go home but when you took the role of an employee in this position you work till start to finish. This is very unacceptable.

Drive-thru Service is awful. They make you pull up and park for the most simple order. Then don't have the courtesy to be polite when you've waited over 10 minutes for fast food.

I'm not sure what's the lady's name is that was working the pay window but she was not only as sweet as can be, but was also very helpful as far as explaining to me how to get the biggest bang for my buck.
Went through drive thru and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry, we was told there still waiting on the food and pulled us up. We was parked for ten minutes before we walked in to get the food. Now I'm pretty sure the double cheeseburgers from McDonald's is the heart beat of "fast food" this McDonald's needs to get it's act together!!!!???
I am so disappointed I won't be going to any McDonald's in my area for a long time

This McDonald's gets worse every time I go. Order is almost always wrong. Staff is rude, and always standing around talking. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: I asked for, and waited for, no salt fries and burger. Both of them were covered with salt. Update: I do think that McDonald's is trying harder. Possibly they have better staffing now. I sometimes get salty fries, but I guess that's just the danger of going to a fast food restaurant.

The lady that worked the drive thru was the best. She was light-hearted and friendly while taking my order, and while I was just sitting at her window waiting for cars to move. They were short-handed. And while we were waiting (1-2) mins, there was another customer that came up to the 2nd window and demanded her money back because she said she had been waiting 30 mins. Not sure if she was exaggerating, but we were only there, maybe 5 from me pulling in to pulling out.

McDonald's in Toccoa has just gotten SO bad. The waiting time in line is absolutely ridiculous. The new people that they keep bringing in just aren't as friendly and helpful as the ones who had been there so long. Their prices have gone up just like everywhere else, but I used to be able to feed my kids here the cheapest. I just wish they would be more friendly and attentive like they used to be.
