Multiple customers were upset when my girlfriend and I walked in. It seemed like there may have been some new employees training in a lunch rush. We had to wait a bit because of the unhappy customers in front of us, but the manager stepped in to assist her team and once the customers with unnecessary attitudes were satisfied and vacated the store, the staff was quick and professional in getting our orders ready. Starbucks will give an entire small cup of whip cream to a dog for free but wanted to charge me $4.00 for the same thing for my toddler!!!??? I asked for a tiny water cup with a squirt of lemonade with a touch of whip cream which is less than a full cup of whip cream and they said they couldn't do that for free but could give a dog a full cup of whip cream for free!! What's wrong with this picture??? Unbelievable

OH MY GOSH! The lady at the register, Emma, was the sweetest Starbucks worker I have ever met and made my friend the best drink! She really made our day with her positivity and kindness on such an early Saturday morning! Please, if you see a girl named Emma working there, know that you are going to get the best service!
