I just want to start this off by saying wow. Just wow. My server's name was Jesse and he was super helpful. He was super nice and really sweet to me. I was having a hard time reading the menu and he read the menu for me.

If I could give a negative star I would! The worst costumer service ever. The management will cuss you out and always looking for a reason to call the cops. The management also has a child about 2 yrs old in the back cooking area! The management will come to your table and put her nasty hands all on your table while you're eating. Lord forbid if you look at them while they are "supposedly working " and they cuss you out. Very poorly managed! We have call corporate many time and they still act like this!

The employees acted like they were hoping we would go away if they ignore us for long enough.When we finally got one to speak to us they rudely told us to go back around the drive through even though there were no cars in line.

I went thru the drive thru in Banks Crossing and requested pulling up to the window and ordering because I had several questions. The girl on the speaker was VERY RUDE and told me I could NOT order at the window and when I asked her why not, her response was, "Well what makes you so special that you need to order at the window? The window is to pay for and get your food ONLY!" I drove off and went to the Cornelia (20 miles away) store where I had NO PROBLEM ordering at the window!!

BEST FOOD EVER. Chicken nuggets so good. Frosty don't even get me started it's so good the quality they make in their food is just so good. I recommend this to everyone so good. Fries are also good love eating it with nuggets. Would recommend but if you are vegan wouldn't recommend.

I came here with a van full of students (like 7 students) I ordered ahead of time on the app to pick up inside, whereas my classmates ordered in person. The people working inside were very nice! I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a sour cream and chives baked potato. At first, the bag did not have the sour cream in it, but I went up and asked for it and got it with no issue. They were able to get out all of our orders within 10 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. The food was hot and delicious, as I expected it to be. This was a nice experience!
